They're not open for dine in, and I got the Special Ramen, not spicy at all and very bland. Not to mention the noodles were undercooked. Definitely not going here again!

Still not open for sit down but take out was on point. Miso broth was rice and flavorful, pork belly was cooked to perfection. Cannot wait for the inside to open back up and enjoy a hot steaming bowl of Miso Ramen!!

It's good! The pork and egg in my house ramen were great. The broth was very flavorful and savory. Perfect complement to the meat. The ramen itself was lacking. Tasted like instant ramen tbh. Overall worth it- best ramen outside of Philly for sure.

I stoped in during a bad rainstorm and wanted something good and fast! I was really impressed with the Tan Tan ramen bowl. So flavorful. You will enjoy this place.

We chose the restaurant because of the many good reviews. However, please do not be fooled by the reviews and nice pictures of the ramen. Me and my friend ordered Signature Ramen and Tan Tan. Both ramen were tasteless. The food was very overpriced. I couldn't finish even half of the bowl of the Signature ramen...My friend barely liked the Tan Tan (it was slightly better). In general, we were very disappointed.

We chose this restaurant because the photos of the ramen looked nice, but the food was a real disappointment.We ordered the Signature Hajimaru Ramen, Tan Tan Ramen, and Chasu Bun.The Tan Tan Ramen was average. The broth was a bit more tasteful than the broth for the Signature Ramen (which was tasteless).The Chasu Bun was good, but was very overpriced.The Signature Ramen was the worst. We didn't like the noodles, the broth was tasteless, the egg was average, the four pieces of pork were the only good thing.We do not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered take out from Hajimaru Ramen a few days ago, and there is zero doubt in my mind that I found my new go to, local ramen spot. I got the Hajimaru Signature Ramen which came disassemble but still looked absolutely beautiful. Once I added the broth and got to eating and sipping, it was pure bliss. The Chasu was tender and falling apart - full of flavor. The marinated egg had the yolk still soft like it's supposed to be and tasted out of this world. The rest of the accompaniments were plentiful and worked the bowl of ramen together perfectly. In addition, I ordered quite a few appetizers - all fantastic. The pork bun was soft, tender and spot on. The Takoyaki were just like I remember having in Osaka, easily the best and most authentic I've had on this side of the Pacific. The gyoza were the perfect combination of crisp, pan fried and softly steamed. Authentic and simple menu. Hajimaru doesn't try to have 20 different flavors and types of ramen. They take the basics and perfect them from the broth to all of the additives. The appetizers speak the same. I'm already looking forward to ordering from them the next time and further exploring the menu.

Yesterday was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the finest cuisine and wine and with the friendly price. We will no doubt return there soon.

Just incredible Im speechless, I ramen lover myself and I am so glad that this ramen place opened up, out of all the places I have eaten at this is one of my top 10's. Let me start of of how amazing the takoyaki was, it was so good that my brother and I were fighting over the last takoyaki ita was sweet and had more than one octopus pieces in there WOW. The ramen was delicious OMG the cashew and egg was soo good. The one thing about this ramen that I wanted more was more flavor but everything else was great and I hope everyone can go try this ramen place out!!

This place is amazing. The food is excellent and consistent and the take out holds up so it's still perfect when it arrives. The veggie ramen is perfect where way too many other places are just oversalted hot water, here the broth has flavor and depth and is absolutely wonderful. But everything we've ever ordered and all the apps are always fabulous too.
