Food is good. Service is slow despite everyone being actively busy. They could really use some lean ops help; looks like inefficient ops. And losing the orders and asking 3 times what I am waiting for as I wait 10 minutes for my second item. Just not helping the situation. Their hearts seem in the right place and doing lots of custom work is hard. Everyone deserves a better ops situation. Waiting 30 minutes for a smoothie is just silly….

2nd time coming here and my order got lost in the mix. Ordered in the store and after waiting for a period of time, about 20 mins or so, I ask about my order and was told they will make it now. When I came in, there was like maybe 3 people? How my order was forgotten is beyond me. Usually I give grace the 1st time, but this is the 2nd time where I had to ask for my order. And some people ordered or came in after me and gotten theirs already. Disappointed since not every Juoce Pod location has the same menu.

The atmosphere here is always welcoming and lively. The staff greets everyone when entering. I absolutely love that . Their smoothies are great , but sometimes, the smoothies are inconsistent in taste, texture, and look.

Okay I must say that I get acai bowls from the juice pod on a regular basis but the juice bar in Bryn Mawr I love it shout out to Frankie they are absolutely amazing
..has such great personality good customer service such a people person definitely makes it worth visiting this particular juice pod!!!

I usually love Juice Pod but I online-ordered today and they left out 2 of the 6 ingredients in my salad. It's literally called an Avocado-Cranberry Salad, and they left out the cranberries. They also left out the feta cheese. Feeling disappointed :( I was looking forward to those cranberries. It was not busy when I was there, and the employees were not very nice either. Just felt like I was bothering them. Still thinking about my cranberries...

Unfortunately, my experience at The Juice Pod was disappointing. When I walked in, the staff member was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me right away. I told her my order, and she ignored me at first. When she finally took my order, she went right back to her phone before I even finished paying.
The lack of professionalism and customer service really stood out. I expected a more welcoming and attentive environment, especially at a place that promotes health and wellness. Hopefully, management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

I used to go regularly. Maybe everyday. An unhealthy obsession. But I would love to say it is a healthy lifestyle. No matter what I order whether it is a panini, specialty toast, or salad. Don’t get me started with the wide selection of drinks. They never seize to amaze me. Juice Pod is my go to place. A place to chill and relax. A place to have a study session with my Bible ❤️❤️
