Our family loves Lovebird. The food is always fresh and delicious. We appreciate the gluten free options, variety, and new take on classics. The service is always impeccable. The staff is friendly and our take out orders are ready on time. I cannot say enough great things about Lovebird. I highly recommend!

Family came here to try a new gluten free restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We chose to dine in and were able to sit at the small counter space they had. We shared the popcorn chicken, fried pickles, onion rings, and mac and cheese. One of us got the Baja Sandwich and loved it, even as a gluten eating individual! Out of the other shared items the fried pickles and onion rings were the best. The popcorn chicken was a little bit dry and the mac and cheese wasn’t as “cheesy” as we were expecting, but still good. We will definitely be visiting again.Dietary restrictions: Entire menu is gluten free besides the brioche buns that come on the sandwiches.

LOVED this place, will definitely be back often. Everything was delicious and my husband (who is not gluten free) loved it just as much. The staff were lovely, attentive and thoughtful about how they handled allergens. The gluten free baked goods from Happy Mixer were also a huge plus :)Just an FYI: Seating is limited so I'd say plan for take out.Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free and all handled incredibly responsibly! But they do have gluten buns for sandwiches for those who don't need to skip out on the gluten :)

Their food is so good, they are very gluten free friendly, and the portion sizes are big! The fried pickles and the sauce they come with are so good - I highly recommend!!The staff is so friendly and helpful!Inside the restaurant, it’s very cute! The restaurant is on the small side, so I recommend takeout if you’re with a large group!Dietary restrictions: This is a great place to go if you are gluten free! All the chicken is gluten free, and the staff is up to date and on what is gluten free on their menu.

Delicious food that is best ordered ahead for easy pick up or delivery. The dishes are prepared to order so it comes out fresh, hot and at its best. The decor is spartan but not cold. There are high stools under the shelf/table that borders the restaurant where you can wait or dine. They have an app and a loyalty program.

This place is EXCELLENT not only are the chicken sandwiches some of the best. Thier customer service is outstanding! I left my card at the hospital with my wife who just had a baby. Thier friday night employee, a true gentleman by the name of Mike; said if I can't contact my wife he would let me just take the food and a can call with a card later!!! This is awesome on so many levels. For an employee to be able to handle a problem like that so close to closing and with such aplomb speaks hugley for his personal character and the way the business is managed. 10/10 Lovebird

Love the tofu options, the fries, the brussels sprouts, fried pickles, and more. Overall it's always tasty and good for vegetarians.

This 2 star review is solely for the food, the staff was lovely and the wait was quick!I got fried chicken (2 pieces dark meat) and a side of Mac and cheese after seeing great reviews of this place.Fried chicken was okay, nothing to rave about. Mac and cheese was truly horrendous. The sauce had no flavor, I could barely taste anything except a hint of velveta cheese flavor. I ended up putting the lovebird sauce I got on the side on my Mac and cheese. It's truly rare Mac and cheese makes me think I may have Covid because I cant taste anything.

The food was awful, if you’d like leftovers, this is your place. Everything was cold, it was absolutely disgusting. Super uncomfortable atmosphere, and they request a tip for the cashier who is taking your order, never again. Over $40 for warmed up fried chicken, save your money!

I’ve been a Lovebird customer/proselytizer for 2 years, but the meal I had yesterday was so bad that I cannot see myself ever returning to the Bryn Mawr location. The wait was pretty long, which is understandable at lunchtime. The food was awful - this has happened a couple times, and always at this location. The coleslaw was rotten - shriveled, brown, with a noticeably off smell. I’m assuming that it was leftover from a previous day. Both orders of popcorn chicken were off. Some of the pieces were hot, some were lukewarm and chewy/spongey as if they’d been kept beneath a heat lamp or reheated. Both orders has a mix of seemingly fresh and reheated chicken. The fries were unsalted. The kicker was the young kid taking orders who went into the bathroom, came out after 1 minute, and began bagging orders without washing his hands. The good news is that the Blue Bell location is consistent and their staff are great.

I am so grateful to have found this place. This has been the first and only restaurant I have been able to safely eat at as a person with celiac! The food is delicious. I just wish there was a table or two extra to sit at!Dietary restrictions: Perfect for those who cannot or do not eat gluten

I’m thoroughly confused how this entire place has made from scratch gluten free everything and then they throw it all on a gluten containing bun.Look at the pictures of the menu - the labeling is not there , the chicken and crouton say they are GF but other things that are like Mac and cheese isn’t labeled gf (I knew it was but this is what led to extra confusion) Nothing on the menu says “sub gf wrap to make gluten free” absolutely nothing. You’d only see that on ordering through their website.Anyways got three bites into the sandwich before I just couldn’t believe it anymore and realized.Paid over $50 for a meal that made me sick and I got to eat three bites of.Do better.
