We came to OTTO By POLPO looking forward to a special night out, something rare and well-earned. I paid for parking, arranged a dog sitter, and cleared my evening to enjoy what I hoped would be a beautiful dinner. Instead, what we got was a masterclass in being completely disregarded. Highly recommend the staff are friendly, Brian our waiter was excellent, friendly and personable, service is excellent. OMG the flavors in the food was incredible. Octopus dish the flavors so fresh and delicious. The frozen lemocello was perfect way to end the dinner. You will not be disappointed
