Got the cake jar sampler pack for a gathering. Took about a 20 minute drive, and they were refrigerated after arrival for probably 2 hours. When we opened them, the frosting in half the jars was liquid. Like colored water. $50 and half the pack was unedible.

A really good soft serve place that's near Villanova. 10/10 would come back before the semester ends

I love the Vietnamese coffee soft serve but a cone was $12 and even though i shared it with my hubby it's a ridiculous serving. But they specialize in jars and when i found out they're just thrown away i decided that's the last time I'll give them any business. Ridiculously enormous servings in glassware that is simply trashed. Can't support this.

We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.

I’m so sorry I don’t have any photos, but I got the Earl Grey and Strawberry ice cream in a mason jar with 4 toppings! It was our first time there and it was absolutely delicious and worth the money!

Surreal Ice Cream. Terrible service.
So, my wife finds this place on IG and we decide to bring the kids the week of June 9. About 25 min ride each way but she swears the pictures are 'great' and 'it'll be worth it'. We take the ride, walk in... and are reviewing the menu. We are surprised by the amount of handwritten 'notices' there are, many of them fading (just type them up and print them up at this point). Ex: 'Yes there is cake in this type of mason jar thing.' 'No you keep the mason jar but we'll wash it.'.. but the one thing aside from the notices that stands out is that we are looking around for a few minutes and are curious 'how do we order'.. because no one said anything when we walked in, no one has said anything or asked a question or anything. And, as we are reading these faded hand written notices, we see... sitting behind the glass and behind one of the written 'warnings' is a dude on his phone, not saying a word, hardly paying attention, not even looking up. I ask black sweatered dude 'you work here, can we order from you'. He hardly looks up 'yea'. I look at my wife, shrug, and tell her 'let's just order one thing and go'. We order the cookie monster dessert and (as others say, it's a huge order and very good so can't knock them for that) split it among the 4 of us. We sit outside, enjoy the food, watch black sweatered dude go back to his phone, kicked up by the window, and ignore the world. Thankfully, another employee showed up to help other customers. Needless to say, won't be going back and someone should talk to 'the dude' because he was either having a bad day or needs some serious training on basic customer service.

Ice Cream lovers dream!! They have so many options from boba tea, floaters, cheesecake jars, etc. 💓 Highly recommend!!

Today on Easter, I visited this establishment with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of one of the employees. The individual wearing a green sweatshirt was noticeably rude, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of attitude in a customer-facing role, especially during a family outing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for future guests.

Still can't redeem any accumulated points????????

Oversized portions at oversized prices - nearly $50 for a family of four, all getting the smallest size. Smallest option is equivalent to an extra large at most traditional ice cream shops. More than half of our stuff got thrown out, just too much. Thought the 'super-size craze' was over. Maybe people like this, not really ideal for families with kids once you get past the menu novelty.
