Ordered them online and after an hour of waiting for them to make one milkshake, got a call from the door dasher that they couldn’t wait any longer and had to cancel my order - which is the stores fault for taking so long to make one milkshake. Do not order online and waste your time

The food is delicious. The service is.... Kind of ho-hum. I'm not asking for giant smiles and excessive positive energy. I think just a Hello, welcome, how can I help you would be nice. At the same time, I understand being exhausted at work so I am trying to be compassionate about this. Will still return next time! Maybe they will be having a better day 😌

This place is a pretty tight squeeze. However, the dessert was so worth it!!! It was served in a cute little mason jar and so delicious. The ice cream wasn't just an everyday flavor. I don't remember the price, just remember enjoying it and will go back!!

Same price cash or credit, which is a good thing. Soft ice cream only. Had the Vietnamese Coffee flavor, which was delicious. Strong coffee flavor and creamy. Not too sweet. Had a sugar cone. Price is a little high for what you get. There are a ton of choices of things to combine with your ice cream; cake, cookies, mix-Ins, jimmies, toppings. For an additional $2.50, they have an option to serve your ice cream in a Mason jar. For me, it’s an unnecessary and expensive indulgence.

This place ROCKS! I came here recently on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Some of the best soft serve I have ever had, especially the Vietnamese coffee flavor. Everyone working here was so kind, patient, and helpful. And its such a cute location! Beautiful hand drawn art on the counters and some pretty good music taste too! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Be prepared for gigantic and delicious portions. I got 2x smalls, and we could have had our fill with just one. A huge treat, but come hungry. It's all soft-serve, FYI.

Soft serve ice cream $8. Grossly overpriced. Staff not very helpful. Appeared to lack knowledge of the business. Had to read posted signs to get answers to questions about products. No details on posted signs. Boba tea was good or I’d only give one star for the ‘food’.

I ordered a floateas, which is ice cream floating over bubble tea. When I got my order, the server gave me a cup of bubble tea with some half melt ice cream in it, and said their ice cream melt so she has to put the ice cream in another cup.. but I ordered ice cream float, didn’t want to have a half melt milkshake.
The bubble tea was not flavorful. The boba was hard, not fresh.
The portion was too large. A small portion of floateas with real ice cream would be nice and easier.
