Great place to have ice cream! Really enjoyed coming here. Limited parking available, but I was able to get a free spot on a Saturday evening in February. They had some really good ice cream and seemed to be a cool little place to grab dessert. I got their Amour Smores ice cream jar, and it was fantastic!I would recommend checking then out if you're in the area and have a craving for something sweet!

We called the place on Dec 30 around 8.30 pm to see if the ice creams have eggs as we cannot eat eggs. The staff working there told us 1) she doesn’t know whether ice creams have eggs or not (one of the most widely caused allergens) 2) that she doesn’t have time to check whether it has or not. She was not helpful at all and if this is how the store treats their prospective customers, I would rather take my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

The new owner needs to fix the times on the website because we drove 20 minutes from king of prussia just for the worker to tell us they are closed and that the times are wrong. Week days are 10 pm and Saturday and Sunday are 11pm just to let everyone k ow so they don't have to drive a car distance like us.

We went on friday night. It was slow when we walked in but pickedup and was very busy later at night. Staff was nice. Desserts were good.
Great Icecream spot. Try the taro and matcha combination, mint chocolate and the chocolate jar. Love the tarp and matcha combo. So creamy and tasty. Mint chocolate was very minty. The chocolate jar is their classic for a reason. And the way they hand prepared it make you feel so special. Love the whole experience.

Surreal Creamery offers such a unique and enjoyable ice cream experience! I love the ice cream and Asian fusion that this place has achieved. As a whole, their creative menu options all look amazing! It's hard to choose what to get when you get there, but overall Surreal does not miss! I have not had a bad visit yet. I would definitely recommend surreal to ice cream lovers and boba fans alike!

Colorful bright atmosphere. I was sad that it was only one girl working. She was so sweet, patient and friendly. This ice cream is so rich and fulfilling. My son's loved it! I could not finish mine. I had the Earl Grey vanilla ice cream. Excellent! Each the ice creams were over $10 and worth it.
What a place! You really can build some wild flavors and mixes. But if you can’t decide they have some flavor options already created to choose from. The kids always have a blast here! The staff is professional and cordial as well. The taro was recommended to me once and it was delicious!! The earl grey is too!! Don’t be afraid to try something new. This is definitely the spot to do it at. It's on the pricier side but you get a lot of bang for your buck!!!
