Softserve ice-cream with flavors ranging from strawberry to Earl Grey, even have less common matcha or taro. Toppings galore if you need them. Also lots of tokidoki tchotchkes you don't need, but will want because they are cute. Staff were super friendly and helpful even when things were super busy.

Very small location, and hard to find parking sometime. Came here the last two time and it was just one girl working alone, idk if you’re the manager or not but you need to get another employee in there helping you, waiting 10-20 mins for some soft serve ice cream is crazy. You get customers in groups of 3+ so need to speed up your service. Stop tryna be cheap and save money. The faster the better, it makes me not want to comeback. Please open up another location in exton/berwyn/malvern....

I would come back for any tokidoki events or just browsing the mainline for a sweet treat, there was only one girl working the register and making drinks and I hope she knows she deserves to make more than the CEO of Surreal for how well she works. The donutella tres leches had such good donuts, i wish i could order them alone! Thank you so much to this location for wonderful sweet treats and even sweeter workers♥️
