Such a shame the food is good but the people who work there could be more professional in their customer service and try to help more. Don’t order delivery from here- something’s won’t be right or it’ll get delivered to the wrong place ( grubhub)

I have been to this place in person three times and had delivery once. The food itself is excellent but never once has my order been correct the first time. After my Mother’s Day delivery order for my wife was botched I will not be returning.

We ordered delivery from here frequently. When the quality is good, the food is great. Unfortunately, the bagels are black and burnt some of the time. The last straw was my last order - a large hair was in my sandwich. The massive quality inconsistency makes it not worth ordering here. We won’t be ordering from here again.

They forgot my drink order and then reprinted it and still gave me the wrong one! Plus the iced drink at my table was warm. My food was very good but the other person at my table ordered a salami sandwich and only got one tiny piece of salami with it! Just needs more consistency because the food is actually very good.

Best bagels in greater Philadelphia area! We regularly (as in weekly) drive 20 minutes one way to pick up bagel sandwiches here. The bagels are substantial, always fresh, a little crunch on the outside, chewy on the inside. They don’t skimp on the fillings for bagel sandwiches either! Coffees and other drinks are also super tasty. Food is prepared quickly, especially when you order ahead online! Can’t recommend up-RYES highly enough!!!
Compared to the local competition this place is a slam dunk. Don't expect a $5 BEC though. I have had some of the more expensive sandwiches and couldn't finish it in one sitting. NY / Jersey adjacent quality.

up-RYES Bagel & Deli located in Bryn Mawr has great staff members that are very attentive to new customers waiting to place a order. I appreciate the signage inside of the store to bring customers to the ordering area of the store and pick up order signage that is farther in the back of the store. Keep up the good work with the great tasting food. 👍
