Bagels had just come out...warm, light, and in one word...yummy. Quite a popular spot. I've waited 20 mins in line to order though they have a kiosk in the shop to bypass the human line. Probably best to call ahead/ order online. Totally worth it.

I love this place. Typically, the food is great. Brisket, Pastrami and Corned Beef are almost outstanding. Unfortunately, this last time, the Pastrami was fatty and seemed to be leftover cuts. Disappointing but I will be back. This place is worth it.

We had the free-bird sandwich and the fixx. Everything is customizable. The challah and sourdough breads were incredibly fresh and soft. Chicken for the free-bird as well as the bacon and eggs for the fixx were cooked perfectly. Fresh lettuce and tomato for mine. I had to take some of the pickled jalapeños off the free-bird but that’s because of personal preference not because they weren’t good (and you can leave them off entirely if preferred). I substituted the garlic mayo for the honey mustard which I liked. Now that we’ve discovered it this place is going to be a regular stop from here on out.

Honestly we are obsessed with their bagels and sandwiches.
I just moved to the area and have been having a hard time finding my go-to bagel place and I found it! I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and the bagel was fresh, the eggs were fresh and they did not skimp on the bacon like some other places. The coffee was so fresh too! The staff were so nice and my order was ready quickly. I will be back!

Best bagel I have had in ages! Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, hit all the flavors, taste, chew, you want in a fresh bagel, it was delicious. Bonus item, bought a container of the albacore tuna salad. Now I am addicted. Plus, the employees were engaging, helpful, and just plain cool. In need of a fantastic bagel? Make your way to Up-Ryes!

I've had a million bagels but this was the first time having a pumpernickel bagel and it was awesome! Bagels here always fresh, why ruin a fresh delicious bagel by toasting it ( just some expert level bagel advice). Sandwiches also really good!

Best bagels in the area, pretty standard selection of bagels and cream cheese. Lots of specialty sandwiches. People that work here are friendly and great to deal with. It's always fairly crowded, and for a good reason.
