We did not have such a great experience this time at Applebees. We had a waitress in training who was great. The main issue was the woman training her. She was very rude and nasty to the trainee and us. We won’t be back anytime soon.

After making the correct sandwich, they put tomatoes on it which it does not list as on the sandwich, bacon chicken ranch. I asked for no pickles. The waitress had to "take it back so the boss could see". I was munching on my fries, but whatever, he obviously doesn't trust his staff. Then the "boss" came over and said he wouldn't charge me for the first one. Big of you since you made the mistake. Then I get a completely different chicken sandwich, not the one I ordered. And the chicken was burnt atoms the edges. How do you burn that?Will never go back.

Every time I order a steak from here, it's ALWAYS cooked wrong. I don't understand why it's so hard to cook a mid-rare steak. I ordered for dinner tonight and my steak came WELL DONE when I specifically said MEDIUM RARE on the order ticket. Plus, my food was COLD. I requested it be done for 9:20pm and it's like they cooked it earlier and just let it sit so it's cold. Ridiculous to not enjoy hot food you order right after work

Food was cold by the time it made its way to the table; steak was ordered medium and it came well done. Waited 30 minutes despite there only being four other tables. Waitress only stopped by when food and drinks were delivered, and when it was time to pay. I could understand if it was busy, but a long wait and the quality of the food was abysmal for the price.

Horrible customer service, we asked multiple times for extra sauce for the ribs it never came. Our waitress never came over to check on us or refill our drinks. We never saw her after she took our order. The manager walked the floor and never stopped at our table to check on us either.

The quesadilla chicken salads were not good. We were not provided sour cream with the quesadilla that was with the salad. When I asked for this item that should have come with it, I was charged $2 for EXTRA sour cream. The waitress ignored our table while checking on all other tables around us. The machine to pay at the table would not work so rather than letting us pay at a register, the waitress insisted we HAD to pay at the table and attempted for 10 minutes to make a different machine connect to our table. This machine failed yo connect as well. She was beyond rude when I said we could no longer wait to pay and leave as we had an appointment we had to make. A manager rang us out with no apologies offer from either of them for the total 20 minute process just to pay a check.

It’s Applebees. What do you want me to say. Service was kinda slow but good. The food defiantly came out of a dirty microwave, but I knew that coming in. 5/10 erections 🍆🍆🍆🍆🍆

Stick to the burgers here. Pasta has no flavor. The Mac and cheese with crispy chicken dish...I don't think they added cheese to the sauce. It was like really bad Alfredo. And they throw a few small "chicken fritters" on top. The burgers are always spot on though. Pretzels are pretty tasty too. The waitresses are always on top of things and pleasant.
When we come to town to see the grandkids in Butler, this is usually our go-to joint, this time was all right. Our server was a little lacking, however, though one of the other servers really stepped up her game and helped us out when we needed something. I would give the food five stars. However, though they used to have a salad and soup combo on their menu and they no longer do so, I got the French dip with a side of french onion soup which the sandwich was great. However, though the French onion soup look like they microwaved it because the cheese wasn't golden brown like it used to be out of a salamander, the kids food was good. Overall, the experience is okay. It is an Applebee's but I do expect better from our locals when we come to town. Us being from North Carolina. The one here in Fuquay Varina is exceptional and the food is always good

We order from here all the time. We love the lime chicken. But. This time we ordered for a pick up. The portion was horrible, there was only about a quarter cup of rice, the chips were not under the chicken. To spend 30 dollars for two meals and not get good food is horrible.

Visited this place on a Thursday evening got seated 4 servers passed us without any hello someone will be with you etc.. after about 15 minutes of being ignored I brought it to a server walking by and he claimed he wasn’t sure what happened and waited on us. We had a gift card that was used and good thing I used it all because I don’t plan on returning
Can't beat half price apps and drinks... Otherwise it's just okay...
