Amy was excellent with my boys. She suggested the cranberry martini and the OM burger. Both were delicious. Highly recommend the burger and Amy was very helpful and sweet.
My food and drink were good. It was just such a weird experience from beginning to end. Applebee's is Applebee's and usually pretty consistent. It was just so weird at this location. The person who seated us seemed really confused and walked us into the dining room then all the way back to the door and then back to the same general area we had initially stopped at to seat us. We saw this happen to other parties as we ate. The server was polite. We were offered someone else's food at one point on accident and saw this happen to other parties. It just seemed very disorganized and it wasn't very busy. While my food was good and correct, others at my table were dissatisfied.

This visit to Applebee’s was disappointing from start to finish. The hostess looked confused and seemed completely overwhelmed—she walked us to the back of the restaurant, then back to the front, and then back to the same spot again before finally seating us. It set the tone for a very chaotic experience.
Service didn’t improve from there. Our waitress was kind, but brought out the wrong food, and when the correct order finally arrived, it wasn’t good. The mac and cheese barely had any cheese, and my steak was not cooked well. It was undercooked in some areas and like shoe leather, as if it was microwaved. On top of that, I asked for mushrooms instead of onions and was charged extra, which was frustrating.
Overall, the restaurant felt unorganized and poorly managed. Between the confusion, mistakes, and low-quality food, this was not an enjoyable dining experience.

Have to just say about the Butler Applebee's....it never disappoints. We got steak, it was cooked perfectly and the flavor was awesome....you can't get a decent steak at that price anywhere. Emma was our server and was adorable, courteous and on pointe! Thank you always Applebees for your consistency, great menu, cleanliness and superb service!
