We dont normally come to Applebee's but my son had a coupon for his summer reading program. I was very pleasantly surprised with our trip. The manager, Sean, came out and congratulated my son for his reading program coupon which was great reading encouragement. I was really impressed with Sean's engagement and friendliness! He knocked our visit out of the park!

Me and my boyfriend visited on 8/10/25, we got the 2 for 25 meal. Food and service was very good. Did think the boneless wings had breading on thicker side, and pasta was a bit runny, could be a personal problem though. Server was courteous and efficient. We definitely enjoyed our time there and looked like other customers were doing the same.

Dinner in Fall 2024...Annoyingly Loud. We could not hear our server describe menu items. Loud TVs, with too Loud Music over that, with Loud customers trying to talk over that. Can you imagine working in this space? Can you imagine being there wearing a hearing aid? How are customers able to put in an accurate order? How about restaurants that pipe music outdoors--no relaxing dining tables? City ordinance? Burgers here were 4 out of 5 stars.

Service from the bartender and mozzarella sticks were amazing, found a long hair in my Broccoli Alfredo, and the wings were dry and rubbery. Service was great, such a nice bartender, but the food was terrible…
Went there ask for appetizer manger told us it wasn't available to find out he didnt wanna make it ask for well steak it was still pink when came out when we spoke up he come out the kitchen screaming at us that are bill was paid and we could get out calling us alcoholics and all felt bad for very nice waitress Trish but the manger that night should not have a job

This location has very bad service even when it's empty or slow. Managers seem more annoyed than the employees when having to do something for a customer. Food came out wrong 2x and then after that I never had my food come out. The rest of my group are and not me. Then the server blamed the kitchen for the mix up and the bad service, even the cook never came out to be our server. Mix up .. wouldn't go back at all

They didn't understand my order and I had to clarify and they still overcooked the steak. The small portion of mashed potatoes was so covered in fresh parsley that you couldn't see the potatoes and the steak was overseasoned with pepper so badly that I was choking and coughing trying to eat. The waitress offered to have a new steak brought to me but I declined because it took long enough to get the appetizer that we only had it for a couple of minutes before our food came. Then she was rushing us to finish by offering the bill twice before we finished eating. We got dessert and again she seemed like she was rushing us because she brought the bill before we were done with dessert.
Good food reasonable prices.
