I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time I went they were out of hot dogs, chili and CO2 for root beer. The second time they were out of root beer except for diet. I got their all beef chili dog which came with chili cheese and mustard and onions. I like that there were a lot of toppings but they were very sloppy and the onions were cut too big and there was too much mustard. The interior is half long John silver's half a&w. The seats were themed and there were themed murals on the wall but the restaurant itself was pretty old and kind of dingy. I guess for a fish and chips and fast food place that seems like it was opened many years ago, it was actually in pretty good condition and didn't smell too bad.

The fish, Chicken, hush puppies were good. But the double bacon cheeseburger is one of the worst I've ever had. The patties were burnt and dry. There were maybe 2 small tiny pieces of burnt to a crisp bacon. A small slice of rotten tomato, 2 shriveled up pickles and no lettuce or sauce. I can't believe someone would serve that. We threw it out, it was disgusting. The chili cheese dogs were so drenched in cheese sauce it was dripping out of the box and you couldn't pick them up without the bun falling apart. We were so disappointed. I have always had good food from these restaurants but between that and the prices it'll be a long time before we ever go back. I gave it 3 stars only because the fish and chicken were good.

Nasty place. Don't go here. The service was horrible. The food was cold, the fries were definitely cooked in old oil, the hot dogs looked like a prune, the burgers were also cold and not good. The tables weren't clean and neither was just about anything you could touch. Dont go here....just shut it down.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. This is the worst a&w we have ever stepped foot into. We waited well over 15 minutes. They weren't busy. The food was warm, and I dont mean served fresh, I mean room temp if we are lucky. The hotdogs were awful and the buns was stale and God knows when the last time they cleaned the fryer was just based off how our fries came out.

Portion sizes of chicken and fish was a lot less than before. Waffle fries were actually cooked better than last several times. Chicken didn’t have quite the taste as before. Fish was kinda good but greasy.

We ordered two kids meals…..payed received receipt and after examining receipt I noticed an extra ten cent charge for both drinks ….remember these are kids meals with drinks included. I asked the young lady why is there an extra charge for the drinks?????oh, it is because we don’t have any cups for the kids meals so we are substituting small cups…..Now let me get this straight “A&W did not order in kid meal cups so A&W is charging me for there mess up?????? Why is this the customer responsibility??? Check your receipts. Shame on you!!!! this should be explained to the customer before the order is paid for. Sneaky Sneaky

Just spent over $50 and all 4 of the hotdogs we just hotdogs and bun when I order chili cheese coneys. I've had a&w in Wisconsin and kentucky and was excited to show my pa friend how good it is but this is terrible and now the store won't answer their phone. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place should go out of business

Absolutely the worst aw I’ve ever been to. The root beer was watered down i was told by a very cranky supervisor (tastes good to me). The whole reason i come is for the root beer. Food was okay but the place is disgusting! The floors had food and debris all over them the bathroom was horrendous the floor has never been mopped urine all over the floor. I wouldnt go back if they paid me.

Been multiple times and this review works for every visit. Never try the drive through. You have to yell your order because their sign doesn't work right and you will need to set aside 20 minutes for the whole ordeal.
