Got a cheeseburger and fries to go and I just got home to a raw piece of meat I called was transferred 3 times and I thought I was going to speak to a manager on final transfer instead I was left on hold for close to a hour and I just hung up this is not good customer service . I asked for well done and this burger is bleeding still ..why are you refusing to finish cooking my meat or a new burned piece something u leave me on hold and never responded to me on hold .....not good for business also girl up front was very nice and kind when I placed my order she was very up beat and a smile 😊 so that's why I gave 5 star service on service.
