Got a cheeseburger and fries to go and I just got home to a raw piece of meat I called was transferred 3 times and I thought I was going to speak to a manager on final transfer instead I was left on hold for close to a hour and I just hung up this is not good customer service . I asked for well done and this burger is bleeding still ..why are you refusing to finish cooking my meat or a new burned piece something u leave me on hold and never responded to me on hold .....not good for business also girl up front was very nice and kind when I placed my order she was very up beat and a smile 😊 so that's why I gave 5 star service on service.

My honey chipotle crispers were good again. Juicy. Spicy. Sweet . I am lothed to give five star reviews but this one came close, just a few hiccups in the service.

This was my first experience with chili's. Let me start off by saying I love Mexican food and make it a point to try it in any state I am traveling in. I was slightly disappointed in the fajitas. In my opinion, they were bland. The appetizers were amazing, Mexican street corn and the mozzarella sticks(omg those are amazing) but my entre was lacking.

Got the bacon rancher burger , it was excellent. Hot and juicy, great taste , the fries were hot and crisp . The waitress kept our drinks filled and the staff kept the store clean for how busy they were. My only complaint was the soup was not hot it was less than warm

Somehow, it's just not the same as pre-covid. Not as friendly, inviting, or warm. It may have something to do with employees on their phones. Sadly, that's common everywhere.
We drove 50 minutes away for the Nashville hot mozzs and it was absolutely worth it. I haven't been to Chili's in 20 something years. It's absolutely amazing!!!! Get the Nashville hot mozzs you won't be disappointed, and the Street corn.

We sat at the bar and everything was fine, but the unprofessional bartender (I think her name was Hope) was talking poorly about other coworkers was not flattering. Just brought down the atmosphere really. Golden rule. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. No one is perfect. Being in customer service you should be on your positive game at all times. You never know whose listening.

Went in for dinner. Marcus was the waiter. Big dude, tattoos can't miss him. He was absolutely fantastic as our waiter. Quick, polite, good with the kiddos. Keep it up guys. Awesome food and service.

It's super expensive now, especially for the quality of food and service! Portion sizes could be bigger for prices. A cup of soup, for instance, is so small for price. The dining room was cold.
