Chloe the waitress was very bad the worst service that I have had. We normally love the nachos and food at this location, guy kept coming from back talking and distracted her multiple times as we both sit without refilling our drinks or giving us the bill. I guess to many distractions with talking and phone use just total lack of effort and respect.

Worst service I have ever had in my entire life!! Yes food was delicious and came out quick. Our server checked on us ONCE immediately after our food was delivered. We had to flag her down to get our first refill on drinks 10 minutes after we finished our meals. Mind you, we had an appetizer also. She was too busy talking to the bartender, a man that kept coming out from the back of the house, and the kid at the host stand, not to mention playing on her phone. She checked on another table near us a few times, but we were completely ignored. Nothing. We finally paid on the kiosk at the table after another 10/15 minutes of her coming nowhere near our table when we needed boxes to take our leftovers home and left a zero tip, and I have NEVER done that in my life as I have been a server for years. Completely uncalled for tonight.
Great experience...just got waited on by Carlene. The Service Manager, David, is always the best! Marnier is my favorite waitress. They do a great job to make sure all the orders are perfect!

Bartender was serving tables it was an extended wait for me to get a drink .then she ate her dinner across the bar while I was waiting for mine. Steak near raw when I ordered medium well. Not worth the money I spent
