I order online through this location on a nearly daily basis (safe to say I love the food). The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Would (and do) recommend to many looking for a quick bite in the area.

I am not one to complain or even write a review, however, this is a special case. The line was a little slow but sometimes places are short staffed so no real complaint there. My complaint is the amount of dried up food and ingredients along the food bar, the gross amount of food and trash on all the tables and floor, and the overflowing garbage can with food and trash stacked on the floor. Not impressed with the upkeep of the restaurant.

WE PLACED AN ORDER USING THEIR APP. TWO MEALS CONSISTING OF 4 ITEMS. WHEN MY WIFE RETURNED SHE FOUND THE ORDER ONLY HALF FILLED. SHE RETURNED AND WAS RUDLY TREATED AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS CORRECT. WE WON'T EVER BE BACK.

Bunch of high school kids who can’t get orders right then don’t offer double meat or anything for your inconvenience. I order ahead on the app just to not eat my food for another 30 more minutes because their incompetence. Skimpy portions as well. Think I’m done going here.

This is what the guacamole looked like in my bowl yesterday. I also bought a large side of quacamole and threw it away too. It is unfortunate that I didn't see this until I got home 20 minutes later, so I didn't go back. When I tried to complain, they wanted a receipt, which, of course, you don't get when you order online. Do better, Chipotle!
