Ordered on App, was charged and yet no food went went to pickup. I can not get ahold of anyone by phone nor was the chat bot helpful at all. Horrible customer service.

Store was extremely dirty. Order said ready for pickup. Waited 20 minutes and still no order. When asked, staff was confrontational, and rude, including swearing at a dasher. Waited another 15 minutes then walked out. Manager did nothing to compensate or help with the situation. Extremely disappointing.

A co-worker offered to pick up lunch for a group of 5. There were 5 orders for take out. My co-worker came back to the office, and there were only 4 orders. The missing one was mine. He called and then drove back to pick up the missing order. My co-worker gives me my food, and it was not what I ordered, completely incorrect. This is not the first time that this has happened. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

Whoever was working the line deserves to be fired. We stood there for a while before being asked what we wanted because she was yelling at other workers in front of everyone. I was ordering 2 meals at once which I understand is inconvenient but she messed up the burrito and threw it at least 15 feet across the kitchen into the trash and made a new one. She messed up the new one and then threw it about 20 feet into the trash. There were several other things but this review is already very long. Things only got worse while I was there. I couldn’t leave fast enough. The manager apologized to us as we were leaving but it was such a horrible experience that I don’t ever want to go back if that girl is working there. Every customer and every other worker seemed like they wanted to leave. I have seen the bad side of the service industry but that was the worst I have ever seen.

Absolutely disgusting. Food and garbage everywhere, staff standing around on their phones, no glove changes between food and money/register or personal phones, every table was dirty except one, ice all over, no napkins, food was cold, chips undercooked. Highly disappointing.

First of all, if you read one review make it this one. Why was my order ready at 4:10 when my pickup time was 4:20.. it was cold as hell... I have never had any issues with any chipotle within a 500 mile radius until I came to this one. When you see chips and guac on an order, do you think I JUST ordered the guac? Or is there someone holding a gun to your head making you purposefully mess up every order you receive on your little iPad. I understand food service workers but literally why was everything missing? I ordered a burrito that didn't have any meat in it but it had fajita veggies. Not a single bite was a fajita veggie... but they were in the other burrito I ordered. The side of guac was in like 3 cups so something tells me butterfingers over here was not taking his time. There was nobody in there and there was one other order on the pickup shelf. Yall just stop going here I'm being so fr ... until you stop hiring adhd teenagers or give them adderall or something I don't think anybody is going to want to eat here. Again, missing items, food was cold as HELL, and the guy at the window literally just pissed me off I can't even explain it.
