The past 3 times I have gone they have been out of at least 2 items. How does a restaurant run out of food items needed for their customers in the middle of the day. The workers are never nice and always act irritated to help you. Not the mention it’s constantly filthy.

This place could not get any worse. They are ALWAYS out of at least 2 things, sometimes even rice. The restaurant is a disgusting mess with garbage cans overflowing, dirty tables, and food and other things all over the floor. The employees aren’t the least bit nice and have no manners. Each time I go back thinking it will be better, it’s not. I am extremely disappointed. Do not waste your time going in. This place needs some serious help.

The place very dirty. Trash with trays overflowing. They had no white rice and no peppers and onions. How can you be out of white rice at 5.Surprised the health department doesn’t shut them down for the mess.Don’t think we will be back.for the price we paid I could have gone to a sit down restaurant.

Very nice little place, nice size bowls but you have to ask for an extra scoop of rice or you'll get a small amount. Might be ok for some people but for guys you need 2 scoops of rice!

Food here is always great for us, and I've never run into the issue of them consistently not having something. That said, the restaurant is a bit of a mess. Tables are left dirty, food on the floor, and trash overflowing. Last time here, I noticed one poor employee practically begging other coworkers (that were sitting around doing nothing) to help on the register. She was single-handedly serving up all bowls, grabbing refill cambros of items, etc. Something to think about, managing staff to be more efficient instead of overloading one or two people

The girl that waited on me was rude and unprofessional.. Your steak is aweful !!!you can't even chew it it's all gristle.. It wasn't fresh either it tasted like it was sitting there for a while..

The workers are miserable, they are out of everything, they throw your food around, stingy portions and I was only here for barely 10 minutes ? Been in customer service for over 10 years and have NEVER had a worse experience. Avoid going here if you can, literally go anywhere else.

Consistently incorrect pick-up orders. Items missing from burrito bowls, ingredients added that we didn’t order, chips and queso missing from order. We used to come here regularly, however the food quality and service is horrendous, no longer worth the money or time. Don’t recommend.

I wish I could rate this a 0. Been here twice, both times I was disappointed. The line didn't have over 3/4 of the items. Drink area was a mess, tables were filthy, and trash bins were overflowing. I thought I would give them another chance, won't get a third.
