More expensive than any other Dairy Queen. Wouldn’t provide total in drive thru and didn’t even ask if I wanted whipped cream on top of my shake!

A very nice man waited on us. He had to work in the kitchen along with waiting on customers and told the other man not to get our sundaes till we were finished with our meals.
When that man served us our sundaes, it was obvious he hadn't followed instructions.
Melted sundaes are not really appetizing.
Other than that, everything was great!

Drive thru great service. Ordered our two meals & a Heath Blizzard for our senior parent. The manager was so kind and even held the Blizzard upside down with a spoon showing us while saying THIS is thick. In awe of it's cool treat wonder a raised lid was then added.
Great burgers. Always a positive food experience. The best Dairy Queen in our area.

Ordered two meals and two blizzards. I had two shorter black/dark brown hairs in my blizzard and one longer brown hair in my cheeseburger. My husband didn't eat his blizzard because of mine so who knows how many hairs were in it. (Didn't find the hair until we got home and I was not going to drive all the way back for replacement)

Don’t ever answer phones can’t speak English spelled name wrong on 1 cake and did not put a quad on the other cake.
The last two times I’ve purchased a blizzard all the candy was in the top 1/4 of the cup. Everything below that was just vanilla ice cream. They used to add more and disperse it throughout.
It's the closest, not much in a blizzard mostly just icecream in the bottom ¾ of the cup, sets my wife right off ,unless you pay for extra then at least ½ the cup has some stuff in it, people are friendly, not easy for some people to understand/ broken English. Regular food is exceptional, but definitely lacking on the icecream fillings/ toppings.

Completely different than my last experience (which was great). I placed an order via the app (which wouldn't take the $2 off $10 even though my order was $20). Got there in 10 minutes (app said to be there in 12) and everything was ready. The problem was that the food was cold and my granddaughter didn't get the strawberry sundae ordered. Instead she got a milkshake. I double checked the receipt and it definitely said sundae. Oh, and they weren't busy as we were the only ones dining in.

We like going to Dairy Queen for the Blizzards, and this store is convenient. Two of the last three times we went in the Blizzards were more like a milkshake. They are also out of ingredients a lot of the time.

Restroom stank, all the tables were filthy including garbage on some and dead bugs. Bathroom actually made me get sick. Avoid this place, the cashier Bunny is the worst at making you feel welcome or if you dare to complain about anything, the dirty looks and trash talk in back will drive you off.
After we complained about the bathroom l witnessed a male just go spray something in the drain and called it good. Absolutely will not come back and recommend y'all avoid it too. We've given manyany chances but this is uncalled for in management!!

I've ordered from DQ because of their 85 bonus points promotion the last three weeks. Today, as I was picking up my food (mix and match of two chicken strips and a small strawberry sundae), I was offered a free chocolate milkshake due to an error. I was super excited about it and shared it with coworkers! I'm sure they could've kept it, but they offered it to me, which meant something. Thank you again, DQ!
