Not going to lie I had made a mobile order, came late 20 mins had to wait in a 20 min line just for them to tell me they haven’t even made my order yet. Which caused me to wait another 20 mins like what in the world was the point of the mobile order.

Went with my family last week and was very disappointed. When we finally got our order after waiting 15-20 minutes, the tenders were small as could be, we didn’t get the extra condiments we paid for, and forgot my little brothers meal entirely. When we brought these issues up to the staff they didn’t have any answers and were of little to no help even when they got the manager involved.

We were served food that had been mistakenly given to another table and had sat there for over 5 minutes before it was given back to the employees who then served us the same food. This was not only unhygienic, but it completely ruined my appetite. To make matters worse, the chicken was nugget sized, they didn’t include the extra dips we paid for, and they shorted us a whole large Blizzard. When we tried to get the missing items, the manager was rude and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Bought lunch (chili hot dog and chicken strips) and it was okay? Super hot so that was a positive. But our blizzards, I ordered a heath and got a salted Carmel truffle tastes like, i could have had an allergic reaction if I was allergic. And my husband got a Java chip and it tasted freezer burnt. I won’t be coming back.

I recently came in with a $4 coupon. It took 4 of them to finally input it correctly into the register, for a total of $4.24. A sad state of affairs. How hard is it? Evidently, very hard. I also could not understand the first woman working the register with her heavy foreign accent. However, the Blizzards were surprisingly very good, but the actual insanity with the coupon ruined the experience.

I went inside for Miracle Treat Day and noone,not even the manager,knew how it worked. The manager told me I had to donate online but I figured out on my own they donate automatically when you buy the Blizzard. Now,this was after I waited about 10 mins while 3 of them focused on drive thru. Then the young girl finally came out front because her mother brought the girls baby boy in. She came around and took the kid and was showing him the cakes and playing with him. I finally got impatient and said something and she held her screaming kid while trying to take my order. Unbelievable. I suggest going to the one on Rt 8.

Went through the drive through and they made the wife’s blizzard wrong. We asked to have it remade. No big deal as stuff happens. The lady went to remake and proceeded to walk back to the window to show us she is making it right. We found this very rude and said something. The lady then proceeded to argue with us for ten minutes. This is completely uncalled for and we will never enjoy anything from there again.
We swing in for a blizzard every few weeks and the drive through staff is always friendly!

We waited in the drive thru line for a very long time with only two cars in front of us. I had ordered a medium Reeses Pieces blizzard with peanut butter sauce. They gave me a Peanut Butter Cup blizzard with marshmallow sauce. I realized it after we pulled away and wasn’t going back to wait in that line again. So I wasted my money and the blizzard got thrown away. Do not recommend this DQ.
