God awful service. My very first time here today I ordered food on the app for the first time I simply swapped mustard for mayo and added bacon and asked to remove Pickles, Knowing the city I’m from, I always check my food after I get it. And behold it was wrong. When asked why our order was wrong they said that’s how it was ordered, and would not remake the food. Terrible

I went and got a rolyal blizzard the brownie one that has the peanut butter sauce in the center went thew the drive threw it look fine I was taking it home got home and there’s not peanut sauce in the center it was just a Reese cup blizzard quit disappointed didn’t get what I paid for I don’t live close enough that I would run back and get it fixed

Worst DQ I have ever visited. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of knowledge from your employees. When you open a new store , maybe you should be training them to take care of customers & to be a little friendly , & spend less time on their cellphones . On 10/8/23 I was ordering 1 small Blizzard & 1 medium blizzard to go , in a bag , and of course when I got home there was 2 small Blizzards in the bag. Second time that happened ! Is that your business practice , to rip your drive thru customers off ? Or is it that your employees don't know the difference ? They sure know how to up charge you though. Only walked in there once , waited 20 minutes for a chicken basket , 1 person ahead of me . A couple with their grand children walked out after 10 minutes, as no body was interested in taking their order , as the girl was busy staring at her cellphone leaning against the back counter. My food was sitting there for awhile while she was texting somebody. An elderly lady sitting at a table came up to ask for a fork , and the answer was : we're out of them:. My food was cold of course , but I just wanted to get out of there . I will never return to this location , nor will I ever recommend you to another person. All these problems has to do with poor managment . Maybe that should be corrected !!

NEVER AGAIN VISITING THIS LOCATION. This the the second time I’ve been here. The first time they messed my whole order up and now this time my husband went back because they forgot to give us the rest of our order and the amount of disrespect he got all because he wanted fresh food and not the one that say there for 30 minutes. Not only that but the female cook and my husband argued back and forth because she refused to give us the amount we paid for.

I am a bit disappointed. Although the food was great and came out very quickly, I noticed and overheard the cashier saying some pretty nasty things. When my friend and I ordered, the cashier (girl) was laughing at me and my friend. And after we ordered, the girl ran over to her friend laughing and whispered something in his ear like they were making fun of us. It was very obvious and unsettling. I am pretty disappointed with my experience although the food was good.

Nothing like going to this DQ as soon as they open (11AM) and not being able to get your mobile order because the “fryers” weren’t ready. Idk how a business can open and not be ready to serve the customers. We were told it was going to be 10 mins for our food. Instead, we waited for almost 30 mins and decided to just walk out as it was just not worth it. Manager there was also unreliable and did not seem like she wanted to deal with the issue (I was told to go through the app to resolve the issue/refund). I will definitely not be back for awhile. And if anyone is wanted food there at 11AM. Best wait till afternoon because their fryers won’t be ready till then.

I sat in line for 10 minutes and was in line before closing and when i got up to order the girl shut the menu off and told me they were closed even though she had taken 2 other peoples orders ahead of me who had gotten in line right before i did. i will not be coming back to this dairy queen.

I'm a 50+ year customer of DQ, and stop every chance I get. Although I typically always stopped at the ice cream only stands, now with a full menu, DQ has upped his game. I stopped the other day at this new location in Butler, for the first time had a DQ hamburger. The hamburger was awesome, with a char-boiled taste and now my favorite fast food hamburger in town. That's saying something. The service staff, made the visit even more enjoyable. Simply put, a very personable and friendly staff.

Two stars for the cashier, who was quick and friendly even though the place was packed, he did a great job! Unfortunately, my food was stone cold and not what I ordered. I asked for a triple cheeseburger and a royal blizzard, and got a double decker and a regular blizzard. I also got food poisoning. I don't think I'll be back.
