“I came in this morning to be greeted by two wonderfully cheery, upbeat ladies. One complimented me on my dress while the other quickly got my pre-ordered boxes and cashed me out. I was running late and even though there were two customers ahead of me these two ladies worked so quickly and were so friendly that I left with plenty of time to get to work. These two ladies are a treasure and I'm so glad I got to see them both today. They really turned my hectic mood around with their kindness!“

“I go to this Dunkin' often because I love the coffee. I avoid the donuts and pastries because I'm watching my weight, but the coffee is better than you-know-where down the street. Even when it's super busy the employees are very courteous and friendly. They should teach customer service to people in retail everywhere.“

“I believe the guys name was Aaron. He was wonderful! Excellent service, best I’ve had here. He was kind, fast, and made sure I had everything before pulling away. First time someone has done that. I go at least once a week when I’m done with work. I decided to get bacon, egg, cheese on a croissant. It was hot when he handed it to me. This is also the first time someone has made my special drink the correct way. The coolatta is perfect! Also, the donut looks delicious! “Food is excellent and the staff is friendly. I took my baby in there and they gave her free donut holes. The coffee is great and the service is excellent. The only down fall is, the people that hang there at time's, seem to be up to no good. I've seen drug dealing in the parking lot, while I was inside.
