Firehouse Subs Butler Crossing

Store was open when I pulled into the parking lot at 8:38. Was supposed to be open until 9. I got out of the car and they employee walked to the door and locked it, then shut the lights off at 8:40.

7 employees behind counter, long long wait with lesser customers bathroom key should be scrapped

I think the subs are very good, but it takes forever to get them. When they first opened, the wait was not that long. The last 4-5 times I ate there, the wait was at least 25-30 minutes despite the number of customers there. Service times have gone downhill big time. Don’t order if you are on a time limit I guess.

It's been awhile since I have gone to Firehouse. I ordered the steak and cheese. It was on point. Really good. All the food we ordered was hot and fresh.
It was a good experience.

Got the bbq cuban. I had no complaints with the sub as it was a great sub, and the workers were very friendly. Next time, I didn't get the drinks and chips for $4.09 to keep the price down a bit.

While I waited 15 minutes for 2 subs I saw 2 people ask about the restroom. They were handed a spatula with a key on it from behind the same counter they make food. After the spatula came back the same person who touched it was all in the coolers. I almost threw up. The subs were great though fecal matter and all. Don't think this is fast food. To ownership, unlock your bathroom and keep people's business away from behind the counter. The steamer and Cajun chicken are 10's.
