we ordered cupcakes and they put the wrong icing on so they were kind and said they would re-make them for the next day, to find out they just scraped the icing off and put different icing on and they were super hard and dry… also, they charged us $15 more. not satisfied.

An 8-inch white cake with raspberry filling was ordered to celebrate a belated 50th wedding anniversary for my brother and sister-in-law who live out of state. The cake was extremely dry and the raspberry filling was barely present. Sorry, I won't be back.

Yesterday I bought some groceries and when I came back home from grocery shopping: I found moldy Italian loaf bread. It had the date of 2/13/23 and yesterday was 2/21/23. We threw the bread away when we noticed the mold it. When I was there at the store my brother and aunt wanted to get hot dog chili sauce for my family. It was outdated and my aunt told the worker to it off the shelves since it had the same date as the loaf of bread I bought. Your store needs to take outdated food off the shelves so customers like me don't end up getting sick from outdated merchandise on stock.

I cannot believe the nerve to ask a person to spend 25$ to purchase one turkey is ridiculous. It's a recession. Times are tough, this place is just looking out for this place, not the community. I work two jobs both overnight and I can't have turkey now because I had already spent 200$ on food somewhere else and just need the turkey. I didn't know I had to jump through hoops here just to get a turkey. I'll not be to this store again.

I did an online order for a birthday cake for my wife. I received a conformation text and email. when I tried to pick it up... I was told that no one checked the online orders that day and my wife had no birthday cake.

The cake we ordered tasted great but was very underwhelming... i was very disappointed in the decorating. I wish this post would let me add photos... it didn't look like the pictures on the website.Also my husband and I were very aggravated when the bagger proceeded to touch my newborn, I pulled him away from her and she reached out and touched him again, along with our two year old... we were very disappointed with our experience and will probably take our services elsewhere from now on.

was there earlier today to pick up a few last minute food items lots of staff stocking shelves and helping us find things they also had every cash register open to try to get everyone out in a timely manner they did a great job with how busy they were

I had the worst customer service at the pharmacy tonight. The woman was rude and acted like I was an inconveniencing her to do her job. She was totally unprofessional and I will ask for another employee if she is working again when I need other scripts filled. This isn't the first time I found her offensive, but the only time I called her out on it. She told me that's the way she is and people just need to be able to deal with her. Again, totally unprofessional!!
