My family and I are regulars here. The food is wonderful for the price and the employees are kind and friendly. Cameron the manager is top notch on his customer service and trainings that I’ve seen. I will always be a regular here.

Dont try to get anything changed to the way you like your sub. These illiterate clowns dont care or just that derr. They dont understand simple directions like no oil or vinegar when you select it on your app order. 3 orders now. Back to firehouse i guess. Way to waste a disabled veterans money

A great experience for sure.
The store is clean and I was greeted immediately upon entry. My food was ready quickly and it was delicious. The manager, Patrick, had his crew running efficiently. I will be back!

Had a Doordash order a couple weeks ago that was really screwed up which was out of the norm for this location. Called in and spoke to the GM Patrick and he addressed my concerns and made it right by offering me a free sub next time I came in. I appreciated the effort it took to address my concerns and then offer a solution. This store has kept my business.

He said "no" freaking why lie.
I would have ordered plain.
Seriously I am a paying customer bought several hoagies. Why? easy enough to say just get it plain. Jerky mikes is a better name.
Will never recommend my lips are tingling people are allergic to many things. Liars.

I’m a frequent customer, and I typically get a Mini #7. I ask for it Mike’s Way, with no seasoning. The last couple times I’ve been in (today included) the person making the sandwich douses the sandwich in Juice, so much that the bread is soggy when picking it up. They also, add seasonings when I tell them not to. The staff is very efficient, I just think that whomever is making the sandwich needs to pay attention to what the customer wants (less conversation) amongst themselves. Also, the cashier not rushing the transaction since I was the only one in the store. Thank you!
