Went with my family for lunch they were laughing at my dad for his disabilities knowing they were I said something to the staff quietly they made my sub it was a sloppy mess I will never go back the world's too ugly first staff members of a business to be laughing at

From Philly and this is the closest to a hoagie that I can get while in this are (the italian). I just wish there was less talking over the food to prevent saliva particulates. Also cross contamination, that is to switch gloves when touching hair/skin, pulling up pants and register duties. Otherwise this place is the closest to a hoagie besides the other establishments.

If I were just rating their cold subs, they would get 5 stars, because in my opinion, you can't get a better one in Butler. As far as their hot subs, there are local places that have better ones. Their roast beef seems to be superior to anyone else's and their club supreme is da bomb! For me, they are all best "Mike's way" (oil, vinegar & spices) w/mayo added. Often the help engages in small talk with the customers. It's not always just 'what would you like', sometimes you get a 'how's your day going' or a 'how's the weather'? LOL
