Went in to pick up a doordash 3 mins PAST the pickup tine & the staff didnt know their butt from a hole in the ground! Food was everywhere & it was chaos and backed up. I went to the mens room and that had filth mold all over the caulking on the sink. Left the delivery behind!

This place is terrible. The workers don't even acknowledge you. Unfriendly and rude. The person at the front with short hair and gauges hardly speaks. That's the face of the company? That's who's representing the brand? Is there no shame left in the world. They need to be fired immediately. Do NOT go to this store. You're expirence will be terrible. Just go to McDonald's.

LJS has always been a favorite of mine, I hadn't been in for years so i was hyped to order some. This location got our order correct and the food was good, however, my wife and I laughed at this legal robbery; We paid $25 for our meals, and we counted literally 8 waffle fries in each of our containers. I'm not sure if they short you the other sides, but get something other then the fries as a side lol, those were a rip-off!

Waited 27 mins for cold food. Paying 30 dollars for cold food and waiting almost a half hour at a “fast food” joint is wild. Just close the place

My girlfriend and I went in today apparently they sayed systems were down around 12 and we wanted do take out this is 2 time this happen we walk in I fell like they don’t want do anything I was little angry or they didn’t want serve my gf was excited I wasn’t going come back in 10 or 20 mins

Usually the food here is good. This time the fish was over cooked but cold. Fries were cold and dry. The shrimp was so well done it shriveled up. Employees could have cared less. 34 wasted dollars. Will probably never come back. Shame no one cares about doing a job right

Last 3 or 4 times I've come here...service has been extremely slow. And they can't get orders correct. Constantly having to go back and get orders fixed. Just today I ordered a bacon burger plain, it came with ketchup and mustard. And u order a sandwich they charge u the meal! I do not recommend eating here! This place just needs closed down!

Was in town to see my grandkids and this has always been one of my favorite places to go, the staff was very nice. However, though the food is definitely not what it used to be, both kid burgers we received had cold cheese on them not melted, the side of shrimp was definitely half the size it used to be. The chicken pieces were half the size they used to be. Definitely not like the pictures they have on the wall. The new waffle fries are horrible. Of seasoning, opted for a side of rice instead. It was okay but no seasoning once again, just like plain white rice hush puppies were good and the root beer floats were all ice cream and no root beer. And they're an upcharge for a kids meal which I understand. However, though a $3 up charge for a root beer float when the kids meal already comes with a drink is a little ridiculous

Seriously do they know how to clean their fryer? Someone should show them.
And floor degreaser is a thing. Use it everyday. Floors shouldn’t be that sticky

On 12/20 I was in like for 10 minutes. They said the grill is off for the weekend. No burgers. There are two people ahead of me waiting for there food. They made everyone pull around. There are 4 cars waiting for their food now. I’ll never stop here again.

Food sucked took way to long sat there for about 20 minutes and we were the only ones in line just to get food that the hush puppies tasted burnt and the fish had no taste and the chicken was small.

It was raining and the floor was slippery with wet shoes, but the food was good but didn't disappoint. Wish they still had regular fries.

Kid-friendliness: Seemed like friendly staff.

I went there for lunch on 11/7/24 the food was so burnt the fish was Jerky the service was terrible they no order in there anymore as I sat there trying to chew this food the people in the booth in front of me complained and the manager said her fryer hasn't changed I said the food is burnt its hard to eat she was rude .that couple got a refund I just got looked at like I was an idiot. I hope others have better luck cause this is not the first time with a bad experience

Waited in line ~25 minutes after I placed my order. I was third in line. When I finally got to the window to pick up my food, I was asked if I had a different order that I didn't place, which isn't a huge deal. However, I discover that my order wasn't even in the system and hadn't been started. She started to take my order again, and I asked if it was going to be awhile. I realize I likely sounded frustrated because I was now running late for an appointment, but I was still cordial. Her response was simply, "yeah, it'll be awhile." I opted to leave. I can't rate the food because I never got any, and I don't have to feel bad about the restaurant wasting my order because it was never started.
