Seemed short staffed, long wait to order

I waited forever in the drive through to make an order. The employee at the drive through was repeating my order back incorrectly on each item that I ordered. This was clearly intentional.

I also attempted to order the peanut butter cheesecake that they have advertised on all of their signage that has been publicly available for weeks only to be told they don't have it, never did, and will likely never get it due to supplier issues. False advertisement I think.

I left and ordered food elsewhere that was happy to take my money without playing childish games at the drive through. They have a sign up stating they're under new management but they should consider while new staff too.

This place isn't it, and I wasn't waiting around to see if the games would continue by spitting in my food or similar teenage games.

We usually use the drive through. The food has been not great the past several times but we kept hoping it would be good again like it was. Fish overdone, veggie sides not available. Fries were a mix of too crispy and not done. They have not given his puppies 2 out of 4 times. I'm sad about this because LJS used to be a nice treat!

I ordered a side of green beans with my chicken order and it came in a condiment cup and contained about 3 bites for $2.89. I went in and complained and they said it was under new management and that was the old size for the beans. I go here a lot even though I’ve had some bad experiences but I think when you charge $3.00 for 3 BITES of beans I may call that my last time there.

Waited 45 minutes for food while the staff appeared overwhelmed and visibly stressed. Half the soda machine was out of order and leaking, with no napkins or ketchup containers available. One staff member did her best to get our order together, but the food quality was disappointing—items were squished, deformed, and undercooked. That being said I will not be back.

Dont waste your time here. New management is a joke. One cook and hes always crying. Front doesn't know how to bag the right food if you want to waste an hour for the wrong order come here. How do you fail so hard when fast food is already a mastered concept?

It took half hour to finally get the whole meal this was after waiting for almost 10 minutes for 7 fries they gave me. Ordered in 8 shrimp with fries hush puppies and an extra order of 6 hush puppies. I got 6 shrimp 13 hush puppies and then finally added the 7 fries in the absolute smallest box they had. As someone who has worked in fast food the fries were also re heated a nothing was even close to warm when I went to eat it.

The Food sucks every time I go in there is burnt. I had my food replaced two times already and every time I get my order it’s always wrong and it’s always burnt. I was so against shedding long John silvers down but at this point I can’t get a good meal from them so shut it down.

Couldn't produce the change needed to fulfill my order. First time I've ever had to leave a place of dining because THEY didn't have enough money. Crazy.

Left 3 star medium in Atmosphere and Food because I never got to try it under new management but 1 star service because not having 80 bucks in change in the drawer and turning my away was wild.

The Long John Silver had less money than me on hand.

Todays visit was a bad experience with wait times beyond reasonable. Apologetic staff didn't resolve anything. Customers waiting should take priority over food shuttle services.

I was there opening day. The manager Joseph was so stressed out. I just wanted to say, if you’ve never worked fast food keep your opinion to yourself on how long your food took or how your cashier took to take your order. There is nothing worse than hearing people complain. And when you can sit here and type behind a screen about how bad your service was, congrats, don’t eat there again? That’s all. As stressful as it was to wait let’s think about the families who are surviving off of this job before we type lies onto the internet.
