Delicious, fresh & not dark in color from dirty grease. Clean dining & bathrooms. Staff was very polite.

If I could give negative stars I would. Food was nasty and nothing but grease. The guy taking the drive thru order was rude and rushed you to order. Fryer oil tasted like it was 3 years past needing changed.

The prices are quite a bit higher and the fish is very small compared to just a year ago. Almost $19.00 for the 2 fish 3 chicken plank meal and a drink. Took a while to get my food as well, used the drive-thru.

I believe this place got new management in the last few years and while the food has been good since then, the restaurant itself always seems to be very dirty inside. Bad smells, trash all over the counter and everything is sticky. They just need some help in that department! Food tasted great yesterday so I'm just praying the kitchen is cleaner than the lobby/dining area.

Service sucks last two times I went in waited for minimum of 5 mintues to take my order got tired of this won’t be coming back to this location. Also those waffle fries are terrible and they need to go back to the old fries.

I waited forever in the drive through to make an order. The employee at the drive through was repeating my order back incorrectly on each item that I ordered. This was clearly intentional.
I also attempted to order the peanut butter cheesecake that they have advertised on all of their signage that has been publicly available for weeks only to be told they don't have it, never did, and will likely never get it due to supplier issues. False advertisement I think.
I left and ordered food elsewhere that was happy to take my money without playing childish games at the drive through. They have a sign up stating they're under new management but they should consider while new staff too.
This place isn't it, and I wasn't waiting around to see if the games would continue by spitting in my food or similar teenage games.

We usually use the drive through. The food has been not great the past several times but we kept hoping it would be good again like it was. Fish overdone, veggie sides not available. Fries were a mix of too crispy and not done. They have not given his puppies 2 out of 4 times. I'm sad about this because LJS used to be a nice treat!

I ordered a side of green beans with my chicken order and it came in a condiment cup and contained about 3 bites for $2.89. I went in and complained and they said it was under new management and that was the old size for the beans. I go here a lot even though I’ve had some bad experiences but I think when you charge $3.00 for 3 BITES of beans I may call that my last time there.
Love the food here! However as of late, they seem to have a shortage of workers. Causing long wait times.

In drive through line at least 20 minutes. Got the food. The forgot several items so had to go through again

Waited 45 minutes for food while the staff appeared overwhelmed and visibly stressed. Half the soda machine was out of order and leaking, with no napkins or ketchup containers available. One staff member did her best to get our order together, but the food quality was disappointing—items were squished, deformed, and undercooked. That being said I will not be back.
