Uplifting atmosphere food is right in line with what a restaurant named Mama Rosas should be. Getting produce from Taylor Farms if that means anything.
Really good food. The waitress was very attentive and topped our drinks off every time she came to the table. We were the only ones in the dining room but it was between lunch and dinner. Most people were at the bar.
Mama Rosa's never disappoints. Our server was amazing,we didn't wait long for our drinks or food. Let's talk about the food. I had the lasagna (the portion was so big,of course I brought some of it home) ,the salad was just the right amount. My other half had ravioli (meat an cheese) an salad. He said he could have drank the blue cheese dressing. Everything was great. It was our last minute call to go to dinner an I am sure glad me did. Definitely check this place out

Mama Rosa's | Restaurant & Bar is a quaint Italian bar/restaurant with adequate parking and an old world charm. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and friendly. Service is attentive, with a kind waitress and staff who work together with positive attitudes. The wedding soup is really good, and the sauce that goes with the calamari is loved by guests. The Italian sampler is tasty, and the ricotta lasagna features homemade noodles with a really good meat sauce, though some feel it is mostly noodles with a little ricotta. Guests enjoy the ability to choose their pasta, sauce and adds. The stuffed meatball with spaghetti is great, and the homemade blue cheese dressing is very tasty for the salad. The stuffed shells and eggplant parmigiana with a side of homemade pasta (likely CAVATAPPI) are delicious, with a sauce that is more on the sweeter side. This hidden gem in Butler is recommended for a special occasion, with reservations suggested on evenings and weekends.
