For me, cleanliness and the friendly treatment of the people who work there are very important, and this McDonald's has both. (Regardless of the fact that in all McDonald's the food tastes the same).

Never have anything when you drive thru, always pull up and wait 5 mins then they forget half your order so you can go in and wait or repeat the process. Waste of time.Update: still miss many things in your order. Complain and they ignore you. Complain via the app and it just says the local restaurant will contact you. They don’t.

I have never had bad food or service here. I tend to only use the drive through because it is across the street from a water treatment plant. On most visits there isn't a strong smell, but once in a while, there is.

Order was wrong. Missing items. Incorrect food prep. The employees may be friendly but the focus on correct order delivery is missing. They basically ripped us for for $5+. This location has a bad history of missing items on a large order. If you order one item, it will be fulfilled fine, but a large order is always a mess.

This is the third time ,the burgers were not thoroughly cooked !!! McDonald's should be looking at management at the Greater Butler Mart.
Got food in the drive through. Nuggets and fries were cold. Burgers ok. Amd I only live a mile from the store.
