Last May (2018) The pizza was very good. The manager Linda obviously didn’t like answering the phone, taking an order and was just as unpleasant in person upon picking up the pizza. Must be the reason zero customers were there.

DISHONESTY ALERT. Pizza Hut on Pittsburgh Road in Butler screwed up our dinner box order a couple weeks ago. They promised us a FREE dinner box if we came back before the end of July. Well went back tonight and they reneged on that promise!! Last time we'll be ordering from there!!

The food was good, but the soda was flat, when we mentioned it to the waitress all she said was " I wouldn't know haven't had any yet tonight" coming from Fast Food myself the right response would of been "I'm sorry i'll see what I can do to fix that problem, or I'm sorry, can I get you something else like tea or water? And I definitely wouldn't of gone back using an outside voice saying "That table out there is complaining again about the soda being flat! Hey Lady we were the only people IN the establishment, did ya think we couldn't hear ya. I might think twice before going back to this store again.
