I will never patronize this establishment again after my friend was verbally harassed by the new owners, over a review about the new sauce. My friend was verbally attacked and belittled, and that is NOT how a professional should run a business! accept criticism and be respectful! disgusting behavior and don't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

The owner harasses staples in our community over sauce criticism?? Kayla is one of the few bright spots in butler she’s always polite and courteous and never fails to ask if you’re doing alright. Those DM’s sent to her by the owner Shyann Bortz are nothing short of pathetic. Our family will no longer be ordering from you guys, Villa grande clears anyways
