Their food is so good and I love their app, but this location is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in numerous states. Sometimes I just go for the convenience factor but it’s really worth it to drive to the Wendy’s on the other side of town because this Wendy’s is THE SLOWEST. You’ve gotta dedicate 15-20 minutes for a drive thru visit.

No very prompt on waiting on customers. Employees were standing around and not watching for customers at counter.
