Rachel’s is just a great stop by anytime kind of place. Casual and pleasant atmosphere. Good simple food like burgers, but also some main course dishes. You won’t go wrong stopping by.
This was my first visit. Was part of a large group that went for lunch. Servers were efficient, drinks were refilled without having to ask. I had a reuben sandwich. Big enough for lunch the following day.
I had very high hopes because they are the same owners of the Log Cabin and Springfield Grille however, they are nothing in comparison food or server wise. We waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted which isn't so bad but once we got our appetizer which took a very long time we didnt see our server for at least another 30-45 minutes. I was never topped off for my water, we barely got checked on and she walked past us numerous times.
