We frequent the Butler Red Lobster often. Today we had a very good experience for the most part. Our waitress Morgan was awesome. She went more than above and beyond. She gave us excellent service and was very friendly and kind. The hostesses at the door were friendly but lacked paying attention and assistance to those in need. I was using a walker and it was very clear I needed assistance getting out of the door and they did not even look my way after I past them or offer to get the door for me so I did struggle a bit since the doors where very heavy. They should be greeting everyone at the door and greeting them especially those in need. Otherwise our experience was an enjoyable and pleasant one. I will continue to frequent the restaurant and recommend to others. Kudos to Morgan and she receives 5 stars. 10 rating if I could of given it to her. 😊
