The app was acting up so my husband tried to go in and someone locked the doors early as we left we saw 2 females hiding, being lazy, messing around and not doing their job at all, they even shut off the inside lights, they let some guy in at even let him order upfront at the kiosks... do better! I feel for whoever owns this place.

I went into this Taco Bell with high hopes and left with nothing but dread, I ordered a taco and a Crunchwrap both cold (tested with thermometer) I unwrapped them maybe 5 minutes after I got it so it wasn’t sitting out for long enough for it to go cold the chips were stale and they got my order wrong twice first they forgot my drink when I addressed the situation they gave me the wrong size I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell other than getting me my order that is right, warm, and quick. Definitely won’t be coming back unless I’m drunk.

Every time I go to taco bell, they always get the order wrong. every. single. time. IDK if the people who work there have eyesight issues, but tell me why when I asked for cinnamon twists they gave me NACHOS😭😭 like I got three items. How do you mess that up?? You ever think to double check the order? Cause this is a common occurrence.

While the food comes out quick, 80% of the time the tortillas or one of the ingredients have gone bad, making the food insanely unpleasurable. Food quality assurance seems to be an afterthought here.
