I went into this Taco Bell with high hopes and left with nothing but dread, I ordered a taco and a Crunchwrap both cold (tested with thermometer) I unwrapped them maybe 5 minutes after I got it so it wasn’t sitting out for long enough for it to go cold the chips were stale and they got my order wrong twice first they forgot my drink when I addressed the situation they gave me the wrong size I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell other than getting me my order that is right, warm, and quick. Definitely won’t be coming back unless I’m drunk.

Every time I go to taco bell, they always get the order wrong. every. single. time. IDK if the people who work there have eyesight issues, but tell me why when I asked for cinnamon twists they gave me NACHOS😭😭 like I got three items. How do you mess that up?? You ever think to double check the order? Cause this is a common occurrence.

While the food comes out quick, 80% of the time the tortillas or one of the ingredients have gone bad, making the food insanely unpleasurable. Food quality assurance seems to be an afterthought here.

Was so cold in the restaurant that we couldn't even eat inside as planned. Also took over 10 minutes just to make 1 quesadilla, 1 burrito, and an order of fries. This place has gone WAY downhill.

Clearly the national Taco sauce shortage is so extreme that for a 12 taco party pack, 2 quesadillas, and a burrito they ring 6 taco sauces. Upon nicely asking for lots of mild sauce, they brush you off as "got it". Order comes out, "is there Taco sauce?", "yep, a decent amount"... We checked.... No taco sauce. I figured now that taco bell is charging $3 a taco they could afford to make sure you get what you ordered.... Clearly that's asking too much.
