Went inside to pick up while standing right in front of the registers to say "pick up for Dalton." TWO employees walked right pass me without saying a word. I waited. I waited. I waited. I left and got in the drive through and then waited and waited and waited some more. Service was poor, long wait times, and missing the Avocado Verde Salsa packets. Food was cold, smashed, and soggy.

Worst taco bell I have ever been to.We have been multiple times. They like to "park" us, while we wait upwards of 30 minutes in the parking lot alongside other victims. Presumably so that the drive through didn't look backed up, or to make the order times look better for corporate?Also, compared to ALL of the taco bells around, this location is missing the normal "deals" on the app. Stingy.Also worth mentioning, you get to smell the neighboring sewer plant while you wait. Why would you put a restaurant so close to that constant sulphur smell.

I love Taco Bell. it's not authentic world class food by any means, but it's good, cheap, and quick. We love this location because all the workers at the drive through are amazing, patient, and quick! Any time of day that we have come, we are in and out quicker than the McDonald's line. Every time we come here the employees are pleasant, so I'm not really sure what these other reviews are talking about. I guess what comes around goes around?

The customer service at this location sucks. The people who work here are rude as hell and you gotta wait twenty minutes before anyone even comes to the register to help you. Not only that if they mess up your order and you ask them to fix it they give you major attitude. Never coming back to this one I'll drive the extra miles to get good customer service and food from the other location. This place needs better management or they're gonna go under quick.

Well...I order without dairy. Easy right? Normal people can read and comprendo words, correct?Not here! The whole order is almost right and somehow ghetto iron chef kicks in and dairy explosion!I have been there and they said my name and the crackhead then come out and screamed my name. Literally....like insane.I think it's time a human went up in there and do some freaking training.

This restaurant has poor service and never gets the order right. I keep trying but they keep screwing up my order. I don't understand how they cannot make a basic taco. I will not be going back. It ashame that a brand new store cannot handle making the customers order correctly and in a timely manner.

Definitely where they probably send rejects from other Taco bells to work. Call to call them slow would be an understatement. There's never anybody here eating yet it always takes forever pick up a mobile order.It should be ready when you get there. Otherwise you order ahead of time if you're just going to sit there and wait the same amount of time or more.Honestly they should just shut it down because because it's useless

Rudest people. Manager got an attitude with me because I mistakenly thought they handed my order to the wrong person. No reason to have an attitude. If you like waiting a half hour plus for fast food this is the place for you. Consistently slow and bad. I worked at Taco Bell for 4 years previously so I know how the store should be run. I could make 20 tacos in the amount of time it takes them to make 1. Retrain all of them, especially the short blonde haired manager working today. Christmas Eve. Have some respect.

Placed my order on the app and arrived at the restaurant 10 min. later. Sat and waited in my car for a while because it said it was still being prepared and the pick up rack was empty. Finally decided to try to go inside and see why it was taking so long but the doors were locked to the dining room even though it was only 7:30. Moved to the drive thru and after waiting an hour since the order was placed I was given attitude at the window and told I would have to pull to the front of the restaurant and wait for them to hand it to us. Waited forever and when she finally came out she was out of it and was missing the window and slamming my drinks into the top of my car door. When I got home the items from the order were missing. The burrito that was supposed to have bean was beef which I can’t eat. Food was lousy. Crunch wraps were basically empty basically like eating mostly tortilla. Food was cold. Also, it's very frustrating to sit waiting for your food for a hour and see employees coming outside to smoke and vape. Worst experience. But while I was waiting I had plenty of time to watch the McDonald’s drive thru next door getting cars through quickly and efficiently. I guess I know where I’ll be ordering from next time. Lets hire people who actually want to work.

Do not go here. They take forever to actually cook food I submitted an order online from Butler Hospital. When I got there my order was not made. It took 40 whole minutes for an online order. A week later I tried again only this time they shutdown for maintenance without explanation before closing.
