The smoothies were good as usual. I had ordered for my family. 2 maple kissed sweet potatos which tasted like a dried under cooked potato for both . I also ordered 2 thai chicken wraps which tasted freshly unfrozen still soggy, they were both bland and barely any sauce. I also had their kale and apple slaw the apples tasted bland and also no slaw dressing and wilted kale. This place is good for their smoothies but food I would probably have cheap dry Chinese food.

We have a fundraiser card with buy one get one free coupons for Tropical Cafe so we went there for a take out supper. What a great group of people on the evening shift! We weren't sure how big the flatbreads would be so we ordered salads also. Both of the chicken pesto flatbreads and Thai chicken salads were fantastic. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful and patiently explained all the menu options and what we were able to purchase with our coupons. We didn't try a smoothie so we'll have to go back for that.

Everyone had smiles during the official grand opening. I like the Caribbean jerk chicken with pineapple salsa...but the star is a pineapple, coconut and banana smoothie. Great smoothies and they are actually smooth no ice

I've been there a couple times. On one visit I tried their chicken pesto flatbread which was actually a folded pita, not a type of pizza like most of us would think. I liked it and would get it again. On my other visit I got a smoothie, although I think they made it wrong. I'm pretty sure they forgot the yogurt, because it was just ice and fruit. That was at their Grand Opening and they were very busy, so I let that go. They were quick and friendly on both visits. If you're in the mood for something new it's definitely worth a try.
