I had a great experience visiting the Butler Valley Dairy location. It was exactly as I pictured. A classic, neighborhood diner with a traditional menu. It was clean inside. Restrooms were good enough. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The menu is large with something for everyone. Diner classics for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I tried the open-faced hot meat loaf sandwich with French fries. It was delicious. The meatloaf was really tasty. Everything was hot and fresh. The gravy was perfect! It was a really satisfying dish. I would definitely visit here again.

Enjoyed a tuna cheese melt at the Valley Dairy for dinner. Also enjoyed the bottomless glass of iced tea with my meal. Service was prompt. The small banana split was an enjoyable end. Thank you, Valley Dairy.

The food was bland and cold and not tasty. We were sitting at our table for 1 hour and 30 minutes while the place was not busy and we saw the food sitting under the heat lamps for 15 minutes. When we finally got our food it was cold and we told them we will not eat cold food for how long we waited. The server told the manager we were yelling at her so then the manager comes out to us and she was very rude and had very rude customer service. After that incident it took them 10-15 minutes to bring our food out and yet it was still bland but we ate then left

Ordered food and had not received after multiple inquiries. Tables sat well after we had received their food. After 45 minutes of waiting we left and went to Eat N Park.

Came for breakfast on June 15 around 8:20 am. Got seated immediately and a waitress (Mackenzie) brought us coffee and hot tea. We ordered when she brought our drinks. About 20 minutes later, we had to flag her down for a refill. About 40 minutes after we arrived, we still didn't have our meals, even though other tables seated after us were already well into their meals. After flagging down Mackenzie again, and asking if our order had been misplaced, she told us that she didn't do the cooking, but said she'd check on it. She came back a few minutes later and said our order should be up soon, there were a couple more ahead of it. Never offered drink refills. We waited patiently until almost 9:30; she never came back, so we left five bucks on the table for our drinks, and walked out. Been here many times, one time we had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for our order, but never received such poor service as today.
Been waiting over an hour for our food and we're informed that we have about 4 checks ahead of us still. Never have I encountered having to wait this long for my order it is rather ridiculous as the restaurant is busy but not busy enough to have to wait for 2 hours from the time I was seated and still not have my order. Valley dairy desperately needs to re-evaluate their abilities as a restaurant as no restaurant i have ever worked at as a line cook or a kitchen manager would have found this appropriate

A group of eight of us went out for breakfast and they was able to serve us without any problems. Awesome food! Great place will definitely be back when in the area again.
