This the first time I've ever ordered from there and my food was not hot or " crunchy " and the tasted old as if they were cooked prior to my order.I'm very disappointed and I'm surprised because of the great reviews, but the one in Camp Hill absolutely did not uphold the standard of the brand.

Located right inside the main entrance to the mall. They offer something different. We had the Korean bbq 10 pc wings with slaw and the soy garlic 4 wings + 2 drumsticks. Definitely give them a try. Oct 17, 2024

The flavors were fine, but the chicken in my chicken sandwich was literally inedible. It is the hard, "woody" chicken which has the texture of raw meat, even though it's cooked. The piece of meat was also very small. Unfortunately I had to throw away a $12 sandwich.

The food is great. But here's the kicker, as a front-facing customer service food place. The people in the front who are taking orders should be more accommodating. I came and ordered food, the girl and the guy both didn't say one thing to me, didn't give me napkins or utensils. I said thank you multiple times with no response or care. Texting with her phone out in the front. Lets have some profession here. I saw my food come out and took them an additional 5-10 minutes to get it ready. To be named Bonchon and taking on the "korean" business structure. You should be more accommodating to your customers. Good food or not. I will not be coming back.

Glad we have a Bon Chon in the area now! Their chicken is some of the best korean fried chicken I've had and they have some great korean staples on the menu. The chicken is super crispy and sauced well. I love that the potstickers are tossed in the sauce so you don't have to dip them and make a mess. I'll definitely be back for more.

Lady at the counter was nice. I was excited when I looked at the menu something outside of your typical mall food. I had a Bip bowl & the street corn.M y niece had a chicken taco. She liked the taco, the bowl was average I did like the sauce. The street corn is corn & cheese basically in a cup not good, for the price I expected better. It lacked seasoning. Maybe there chicken is what you go there for

I've tried Bonchon years ago in MD. It finally made its way to the area last year (in the fall of 2023). It's another nice addition to the Capital City Mall. BTW, I am happy that the Harrisburg area is turning more "metropolitan" as more and more trendier ethnic establishments come to town: Boba Cha and Bonchon in the mall, and I heard that Kongfu Tea will be opening up on Carlisle Pike. But it stills plays catch-up to Lancaster and York. I digress. We tried the 12 piece wings ($16.95). For choices of sauce we skipped the more familiar soy sauce and the spicy, and opted for the more curious Korean BBQ and the Yangnyeom. You're only allowed to choose up to 2 in an order BTW. It took less than 5 minutes, I kind of wished it took longer so we'd know for sure they were made to order. The batch were an assortment of wings and drumettes (3 and 9, respectively.) They weren't pronouncedly crispy like Korean fried chicken are known for, but at least they were temperature hot. The Korean BBQ taste good but kind of went unnoticed, while the Yangnyeom sauce which is garlicky, sweet, and (not so) spicy. I prefer and recommend the latter. Not a bad outing. The only miss today was the crust could have been crispier and thicker as should be the case if you deep-fry twice.

AMAZING!My friend told me this is a good place and I can't wait to come and have my lunch. Love soy&garlic fried chicken, Bulgogi, fries, and onion rings. The fried chicken were so crispy and juicy. The flavor was terrific.

Best Korean fried chicken chain in the area. Decent sized portions, served quick! 5 stars for food and service as I've never been disappointed at this location; 3 stars for atmosphere because it is just a food court.

Flavors are very good as is the quality of the food, and the portions. Definitely a great way to have a quick taste of Korean flavors. Recommend the chicken, fries, Jab Chae and pretty much anything offered. Prices are a bit high ($100 for family of five each having one main dish).

My first time being at that particular location and was pleased with both the food and service. I had soy garlic wings, which were similar in taste, flavor, and texture to those that first drew me to the restaurant in the first place.
