“We’ve eaten here twice since we got here to AMI a little over a week ago. The food is amazing! Fresh and flavorful plus portions are great. The people running the restaurant are so friendly and fun to talk to! Very personable. They are always taking the time to check on their guests, have conversations, and are just very involved in the dining experience. I also appreciate the attentiveness to the dining area and the cleanliness. If you haven’t experienced Los Chiludos yet - just go! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!”

“It was our first time at Ramen King in South Hills this evening. We didn’t snap any pictures because we were so excited to eat. The food was fast, fresh, priced great and delicious! The fresh noodles are amazing and we did notice the guy making them by hand. We will definitely be going back!”

“We were at a softball tournament, I searched for nearby Mexican cuisine and this place popped up as the closest. We rolled in after some games with 12 people. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Our food was delicious and came out so quick. It was a great dining experience and I plan on stopping back in when we are in the area.”

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.”

They took a custom order in short notice, I was trying to find some place that would make a white cake with key lime filling and a key lime butter cream with graham cracker crumble and all the other places said they do not offer that flavor and they made it no questions asked and it was the best cake I have ever had. The cake was so moist and the key lime filling was so refreshing. Best experience I have trying to get a custom cake.”

“I’ve been eating from here since I was a kid, I’m 21 and I still order takeout at least once a month. They never disappoint me. I highly recommend their wonton soup (the best I’ve ever had to be honest) and their steamed dumplings. My boyfriend loves their general tsos and so do I. 10/10 service and experience.”

“The place is now Called Pan Wei. There are new owners, a new family by the last name of Pan. Food is very good. The price is excellent and everyone is extremely friendly. It’s a great place to go for lunch. Such a nice change from the old restaurant Definitely recommend that you go for lunch”

“I visited this location with my grandparents, it's sad that there are only four locations left I am 30 years old and growing up I remember going to their restaurants frequently, I also remember them being all over, I will say if you want a good meal thus is the place, and the food (atleast in my opinion) is better than it ever was before, so if you're thinking about trying it I would recommend it, it may sadly be one of the last opportunities you have”

“The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. Overall I’d recommend Zoup, just get there before 12:00 or after 1:00 on weekdays”

My husband loved his burger, I had the bisque, which was a large portion of warm buttery crab deliciousness, and both of us ate far too much of the poutine because we couldn't stop picking at it even though we were already full. Will be going back to try more of the menu and try out some of the delicious sounding drinks they offer.”

Our server Savannah was amazing.

Was an issue with one of our orders. Asked for no onion, saw Savannah enter the order as no onion, but when the burger came out, it had onions. Ask for it to be fixed, burger was returned with 3/4 of the onions picked off. Asked for the burger to be remade, wait another 20 minutes then the burger was almost completely pink when we asked for no pink.

Spoke to Roxy, FOH manager. She was very understanding and was nice enough to listen to my frustration. Handled the situation perfectly. Got the order right, then comped our meals since we had to deal with that experience.

Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere was great. A nice place to watch a hockey game at Southpointe or catch some live music.

Would have rated 5 stars if not for the it taking 3 times to get the order correct.”
