I reached out to Bella Sera a year prior to ask about a micro wedding and although they usually host much larger weddings, they were so open to the idea and it was better than anything I could have imagined! “Nick from Hazelnut Catering was hands down one of the biggest reasons our wedding stayed ahead of schedule! We had about 100 guests in attendance and all guests were seated for dinner about 20 minutes after the buffet opened! His staff fed us brides at our sweetheart table, refilled, our drinks, and brought us cake, we didn't have to move a muscle! Our guests raved about the food and how great the bartenders were! She worked with us to make a menu that we would love and it was perfect! If you ever get to try the rigatoni with her red Sunday sauce, consider yourself lucky because I could live off of it. Gretchen is a gem and the food speaks for itself.“
