“Waterfall Catering made me look brilliant! I had never heard of them or even been at any function that they catered - I literally picked them off of Google when the caterer I had previously booked, canceled my event. I had two weeks to find a replacement caterer for an upscale hot buffet lunch for a retirement party at our office. The food looked and sounded fantastic on their website, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I am so happy that I called them! Renee was great with communication and addressed all of our needs. Peggy and Crystal were our deliverers and servers. They were delightful! So pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They clearly care about their work. Now, for the food... We ordered filet with a mushroom demi-glaze, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetable primavera in vodka sauce, broccoli, baby greens salad, Caprese mini skewers, and rolls/butter for 45 people. Everything was so fresh! The hot foods were hot, the cold foods were cold. Everything was packed with flavor and our whole office raved about the meal. Of special note, the filet was cooked to perfection and was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I haven't had a steak that good in a restaurant for years. The roasted potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The primavera in vodka sauce was incredible, and the salad was almost too pretty to eat. I could not be happier with my experience with Waterfall Catering and wholeheartedly recommend them. I will absolutely use them for future events. “We absolutely loved working with FCC for our wedding (at the Edgewood Club)!! Everyone we worked with was kind, patient, helpful, and responsive. We especially enjoyed working with Carrie - she was great to communicate with and worked so hard to help give us the wedding of our dreams. FCC worked flexibly with us to plan the menu that worked best for us and stayed within our budget. We loved our tasting but the food on our wedding day still exceeded our expectations! We got so many compliments and the meat was cooked perfectly, which I know is tough to do when you're cooking for so many people. We also did late-night food, which everyone REALLY enjoyed (I highly recommend!). Not only was Mark wonderful to work with from start to finish, his entire team were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond throughout the duration of our event. The food was displayed beautifully (think a long banquet table with spreads of fruits, cheeses, small appetizers/dips, etc - like a mile long charcuterie display) - all were excellent and home made, even down to the salsa! “AMAZING! I DJ weddings all over the country and I have found out over the years a venue is only as nice as the staff is. Salvatore's staff was incredible, they were on top of everything, thoughtful and helpful. I enjoyed working with them. Many times a catering staff overlooks the vendors, this was NOT the case here. After I set up and did a sound check I went over the flow of the day with Jenna and we were on the same page. The servers brought me a meal, I went to the bar and asked for juice to drink the bar tender asked me if I wanted a pitcher so I wouldn't have to keep walking to the bar. I hung a Custom monogram gobo in the ceiling to reflect on the wall, they got me a ladder and assisted me in hanging it. This venue is easily an 11 out of 10! the owners name is Vicky and she even called me and asked me if I wanted to store my equipment in the venue the night before the wedding because she knew I was traveling. I would recommend this venue to every bride in the Pittsburgh area and I can't wait to get back to Pittsburgh to DJ here again. Oh yeah, shout out to Vicky's husband for changing the power so my Speakers, Lights, Fog machine and sparklers were not on the same circuit. DJ Krazy T“

Being a marwadi (total vegetarian) who miss home and marwadi dishes (dal baati churma) -- had a really good experience. Dal could have been better but overall loved it.

“Kelly and staff do a heck of a nice job and work extremely hard to make sure everything is perfect for their guests. They did the catering for our wedding and the food was perfect. We decided to do buffet style to allow our guests to pick whatever they wanted as well as make sure no one left feeling hungry if seconds were wanted. The food was served very hot and on time. All food was perfectly seasoned and tasted very tender and well. Our guests complimented us on the food saying it was nice to have a variety. Kelly and staff also care about food allergies and dietary needs and was great to work with for that as we had a few folks with gluten and vegetarian requests. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough. We are so pleased and will used them again in the future if we ever have another big event, family party, super bowl, whatever-they are wonderful servers, cooks, and organizers when it comes to catering big events and very easy to work with. I must also say their response time was very timely and they returned phone calls and messages extremely quickly.“

“Jackie’s catering cooked the food for my wedding ceremony. She was incredibly professional and thoughtful throughout the menu planning process as well as flexible when the date changed last minute. She was able to guide me and my wife in how much food was needed per person and what variety to offer our guests. Our food was hot, ready, and organized when we received it. The food was exceptional and we received complements on it all night. We had all equipment necessary down to take out boxes for people to take food home! I will absolutely use this place again, and would recommend them every time.“

“Nick from Hazelnut Catering was hands down one of the biggest reasons our wedding stayed ahead of schedule! We had about 100 guests in attendance and all guests were seated for dinner about 20 minutes after the buffet opened! His staff fed us brides at our sweetheart table, refilled, our drinks, and brought us cake, we didn't have to move a muscle! Our guests raved about the food and how great the bartenders were! “I'm really impressed with PGH Fresh as a prepared meals delivery (or pick up if in Pittsburgh) company. I never wanted to get a food delivery service due to all the packaging and being forced into a subscription. You can just pick out whatever meals you want and not worry about having to subscribe. Delivery service extends pretty wide, which is awesome (I'm about 30 minutes away and they deliver to my home!)
They make excellent food and I love that I don't have to cook it, just heat it in the oven or microwave....that's what a meal service is for! Convenience!
