My family and I attended one of Chef Alekka’s classes at Hilltop Shared Kitchen (pasta from scratch). We loved every second! Chef Alekka was so fun and friendly, and instantly felt like being in the kitchen with an old friend. Her class was so informative and fun, and we even had leftovers and a copy of her recipes to go! The food was incredible. Her space was magic, and we can’t wait to see the ways she continues to make it shine. 1000% recommend! We cannot wait to return!
I have been taking Vegan cooking classes with Chef Alekka. They have been very informative and the food is delicious!
We had such a wonderful experience taking a puff pastry class with Chef Alekka! She made the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow while managing the time perfectly. Not only did she teach us how to make puff pastry dough from scratch, but she also shared so many creative ideas for different ways to use it.
