“This was my first visit to Billie Ann's and had a good experience. It's a traditional diner type of breakfast place with a very friendly staff. I ordered the western omelette and French toast. The omelette was okay, I felt it could've had more cheese and less of the other ingredients. The white toast was also okay. The French toast was very good and highly recommend ordering it. The other plates of pancakes that passed by looked very good. Overall a cute little diner with nice people“

“The owners Tim and Mirium take pride in this place and its shows. As they work everyday not just managing sales but creating them by cooking the food and entertaining guest. It's rare to see nowadays. And I'll always come back every Monday for their amazing pizza deals.Wheelchair accessibility: There is none unfortunately“

“If you like a hometown, locally owned restaurant feel, this is a great place to visit. It has a bit of a Rustic / Grandma's kitchen vibe. Food is excellent! Omelettes are in my opinion stellar, with the proper amount of all ingredients. Bacon is awesome, thin and crispy, just how I like it! Pancakes are also excellent and super tasty. Overeasy eggs are also cooked perfectly. Carry and Barb are 2 of the best breakfast chefs I have had out, period.. As of 2023 I'm 50 years old so have had breakfast a ton of places locally and nationally. I live about 3 miles away from the restaurant location so since I discovered it I try to stop once or twice a week. Definitely one of Pittsburgh's hidden local neighborhood gems. It is one of those small local places where if you know how good it is, you KNOW, and remember....“

“We had a great experience! It was my first time in america and I always wanted to try a proper american diner like you always see in the movies. We received a lovely welcome and the service was fast, kind and very caring. We had someone in our group who has a latex allergy, so when we asked if our food could be prepared with non latex gloves there was no issue. Our waiters name was Jim and he looked after us very well. We actually will be back for breakfast tomorrow for a last time before I have to take my flight back to germany. Definitely recommend???“

“Very nice and friendly service.Extremely clean bathroom....?Never saw a public restroom so clean. They seem to be short-staffed, I guess nowadays that goes without saying.I will say the upkeep is rather well, and the food is not bad either..“

“Great service, food, and atmosphere. Nice light, even on a dreary day. Great use of an older charming building and a definite bright spot in the neighborhood. Delicious satisfying breakfast! Free coffee refills. Old school yet hip. East end hidden gem.“
