“We aren't from the area and we stopped in to order a few subs. (Sunday 9/25/2022) I don't know the young man's name, but he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the initiative to make my sub the way he would have liked it done. I really appreciate the extra time he put into making our experience a pleasant one. A lot of people don't bother themselves if the patrons aren't local or regulars. He didn't exhibit that behavior at all. Thank you for employing such a nice young man.“

“I want to make someone aware of my last experience with dominos Friday evening . I work at Troy hospital. We placed our order an hour before our lunch break. When we called the woman told us 35 minutes. 40 minutes later i went to the store to get the pizzas. The pizzas were not done. I was not happy , we ordered ahead of time for a reason. A worker that just happened to show up could tell i was not very happy she asked what was wrong i explained the situation to her. She immediately told me she would take care of it. I explained to her i had to get back to work i was needed on the floor , she told me we do not deliver but i will personally go make and bring your pizza up to you. I am still in shock that someone in this world actually cared enough to take time out of her time to make sure she had a happy customer. I went back to work and sure enough i couldn't believe my eyes she brought them right to my floor. Not sure of her name but she should be recognized for her excellent customer service . As far as the other woman that was actually working that night maybe she should consider a career change. It had been 40 minutes and she hadn't even started my pizzas . And didn't even apologize or recognize that she was in the wrong at all. I will personally be going to the store to speak to the manager so i can find out the lady's name that made the best pizza i ever had and made it possible for us to still have dinner.“
