This place is great. They've hit it out of the ballpark 5 weeks in a row since I started. They make food that is good for you, taste good !! For me I like the macros that are listed on the label, so I can make sure I get enough protein and they prepopulate right into my macro/calorie tracking app called Lose it. The vegetables and snacks are great too. And a great variety to choose from. Keep it up !!

I absolutely have loved every meal that I’ve ordered. I do the 7 meal plan and take these to work for healthier lunches. I used to spend so much time meal prepping, and now I don’t have to! The food is FRESH and well seasoned. The delivery drivers and company in general are fantastic with communication. The fact that calories, protein, and carbs are listed on each meal makes life so much easier on me. I had bariatric surgery, so ensuring I take in appropriate amounts is essential. I recommend this delivery service to anyone. 10/10.

I tried my 1st meal today,high protein shrimp bowl. Delicious. I'm in a slump & don't feel like cooking, but eating healthy is very important to me.
