FITAF completely changed my perspective. After first trying a few meals at Equinox, I was genuinely impressed by both the flavor and quality. As I worked through the rest of my order, that impression only grew stronger. The meals are consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
Every meal has been excellent, and FITAF has easily become the best meal delivery service I’ve tried. Worth the price for high quality meals.

Tasty meals makes staying on track with your nutrition easy. Steak dishes were excellent, chicken also good. Heats up well in the microwave with a damp paper towel on top. Balanced macros and signature has nice portions. Very pleased

One thing I enjoy besides the business being local, is the variety you are allowed to CHOOSE weekly. Food has not disappointed me yet. Health conscientious without flavor restrictions will forever be a win for me.

I have celiacs disease and there are alot of tasty gluten free options. I feel safe eating thier food and have not had a bad allergic reaction to thier food. I love there is no subscription because i dont want food to just keep coming weeks on end and have it build up in my freezer and run the potential of wasting it. Also nice to have to have the food alreasy put together and not worry about not having ingredients in the house to build something tasty and just have to eat plain boring food.
