Staff not paying attention to customer. Talking on earpiece while taking my order. Order messed up. No toilet paper or paper towels in bathroom. Told short handed but 2 workers had time for smoke break. I was only customer inside and no one in drive they.
After traveling for 4-1/2 hours this was not what I expected. Don’t stop here if on a road trip.
The staff was great. Manager came back to our table and took our orders . So sweet. I go to this Arby's every Sat. for lunch!
