Awesome crepes, sandwiches, baked goods, and coffees.
Food was good, employee was rude to me
Fresh, friendly, fantastic! Helena's is a super cute local cafe with artwork hanging on its walls, a cashier decorated with colorful macarons, and staff that make you feel like you're a part of a loving family. Whether you're coming here on a solo date, meeting with a friend, or bringing family visiting from out of town, this place rises to the occasion and makes everyone feel welcome, fed, and happy.
Great selection, service and location.
Pretty good cappuccino overall good
I can only wonder how jaded someone would have to be to have one of their crapes and not feel even just a little bit special in the world.
They have a macaroon for every feeling. Sometimes you're a rose other times, banana cream. The stuff is made with loving care. You can tell from the way it comforts.
Their cinnamon macaroon could single handedly topple the Cinnabun corporation. Their chocolate caramel shortbread is transcendent.
The assortment of cakes from your classic cheese and/or chocolate to cookie, berry, cream creations, that make me think whatever the difference is between a bartender and a mixologist, must be the same difference between what a regular pastry chef does and whatever these guys are doing over there.
This is personal
I love Helena's
Delicious macaroons! My wife loves the crepes. The smoked salmon sandwich is heavenly.
Amazing gf macaroons! They have gluten free flatbread and crepes!!
In town and needed lunch. So glad I stopped in. The pulled pork, mushroom, and smoked Gouda cream was AMAZING!!!!!
Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and treats! I will always recommend this perfect breakfast spot. My go to is the bacon, egg, and gruyère on a sweet roll… Amazing. So grateful to have them in Carlisle, they are the best place to go for a quiet afternoon break.

The crepes and coffee were both delicious. I would love to come back and try more kinds of crepes!
yummers 😋😋😋
I cannot recommend the crepes enough here. Try the pastrami.
I love this place!! The only thing I would change is I wish there was an option for no or less salt in the eggs.

The restaurant was crowded when we arrived, and we waited about half an hour between ordering and receiving our food. Nevertheless, the quality was good. There is a nice selection of sweet and savory crepes including gluten-free buckwheat-based options for a small upcharge. Prices are reasonable. I ordered a gluten-free smoked salmon crepe. Another in my party ordered the same without the gluten-free option. The staff was careful to distinguish the two for us. A third guest ordered a sweet chocolate raspberry crepe, which she enjoyed. The serving was sufficient for a brunch/lunch meal. The taste was flavorful. The waitstaff was friendly. Overall a good eating experience, and I would recommend this restaurant.
