Ordered 50 wings online.
Got there 10 minutes after the scheduled order pickup time. The worker was to busy texting on his phone to even open the store that was supposed to be open 40 minutes prior. No apologies. He didn't even care. I see by the previous reviews, This is not a business to support.

Always a good choice. It's got limited seating if you really feel like it, but mostly a take out place. Counter help is positive, friendly, and super helpful.
Very small parking lot. But if you're in and out, it's just what you need.

Second time I ordered from here and both times something was wrong. Last time instead of regular cut fries they gave me hashbrown style. This time the fries werent even done! The chicken wings had mild chicken on them, and the sauce was not “saucy” enough. Will not be ordering from this place again!

I ordered on the big shot bobs website. I chose Carnegie thinking it was closer. The order went through and I was charged. However after an hour of waiting I decided to call and the guy answered said that he couldn’t do my order because it was out of distance (I live in Robinson). So I asked why would my order go through and charge me if I’m out of distance? The guy said he was refund me. Week later, still no refund. Also, the last few times I’ve ordered here, the wings are small and burnt. I had a dry rub and the seasoning just fell off. Won’t order from here again. Sus to mid sus level.

Got 4 orders of wings, all of them were perfect. Good amount of sauce, average/large sized wings. I've never had a problem ordering at this location using their app.

Almost too many sauces to pick from.
Less is more.
Good wings, over done, but still edible. I didn't get ANY flats in my order. STUPID.
My huge complaint, they don't take plastic. EVEN THOUGH the Visa, Discover stickers are on the window.
Get charged $3 for cash at their ATM inside. No thanks.

Edit: The quality of food has significantly dropped over the past month. The chicken taste different and cheap and the portion sizes have changed. Will have to try a different location in the future.

First I ordered thru their website. I arrived 30 mins later and explained I was there to pick up an order. The guy working was rude and was like I don’t have an order for your name and walked away. I went and got my phone to show confirmation and a lady came out and explained they have been having issues with chow now with orders. No apologies nothing asked what my order was and said it would be 20 mins. It was ready 20 mins later and she apologized finally but offered no compensation or discount for the inconvenience. Meanwhile the rude worker was being loud and obnoxious explaining he now had time to smoke. I get home and the old bay hot that was advertised as dry were not. The wings were over cooked and disgusting. I ate 3 of the honey old bay and thru the rest along with the hot old bay away. For such an expensive place it was terrible. This was my first and LAST experience at Big Shot Bobs

Always good food at big shot bobs (my previous review), just picked my order and for the THIRD time I got home and my Italian hogie had no onions, lettuce or Italian dressing, the other time it wasn't toasted! I like their food but their consistency sucks! if you get food here you have to open it up before you leave the place! don't think I'll be going back here again! it's a hit or miss there and percentages are a miss! too bad because when it's made right it's great
