Scoops is one of our favorites in Carnegie! It’s a very cute little storefront, their flavors are vast and incredibly yummy! They also have some pretty nice size portions. 10 out of 10 would recommend
One of the best places for Ice Cream and their Ice cream cakes! I've been coming to scoops over the many years for all of my children's cakes. They also do a very nice job on the art! I also love that they have several locations. Also, they just did my son's ice cream cake pic included and it is beautifully done!!! Thank you!
