The place is clean and smells Greeted with a friendly hello and a smile, we were sat within minutes, our waitress came right over and introduced herself. She informed us of the specials, answered all of our questions and made some recommendations based off our answers. “The Olive Garden in Bloomsburg is my comfort food headquarters. I order takeout like it’s a habit I should probably explain to someone, and the shrimp tortellini is the reason.

I also want to mention the manager, Tamara, because you can tell when someone is running a place versus just being “on duty.” This feels like the first one.

The energy is calm, things move, no one looks panicked, and somehow everything keeps working. Which tells me someone is probably answering a question, fixing a schedule, smoothing something over, and mentally tracking five things at once, without announcing any of it.

That kind of leadership matters.

I also never get tomatoes on anything but forgot to mention it this time. I was presently surprised/enjoyed the freshness and slight acidity they added. So that was an unexpected bonus. “Keith and I tried Oip in Bloomsburg. K got the Shrimp Scampi and I chose the Chicken Parmesan. They were both amazing dishes. My sauce on the parm was soooooo good. I can’t remember the last time I had such flavorful sauce (besides mine lol) I was full, but continued to eat just one more bite. K said his was really, really good too. I brought 1/2 of mine home for warm ups tomorrow. The portion sizes and prices were good. So, if you’re in Bloomsburg, please give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend them.“
