We had a wonderful dinner here. The staff was very friendly, the food scrumptious and the atmosphere charming.

Bacon was thin and brittle, tooooooo many potatoes and the butter wasn't butter! Oh yeah and when they opened the doors at 7am the coffee wasn't ready until 715🤔

Food was good. think we got a new waitress. couldn't remember what we ordered to drink. We both ordered SOS on white toast. I some how got wheat toast.No one came back to see if the order was correct. It was good. probably better if on white toast though.
You also can't tell how long your wait will be. so you are just standing on the ramp hoping it won't be long.

Went to go and try Hanks for the first yesterday with my husband and 2 small children. We were very excited to try since we have always seen a line outside and assumed it was the place to eat. However, we were very disappointed… first we walked in and the sign on the door confused everyone trying to get in. It says to form line on ramp…. But they were not busy. So my family and I and other customers just walked inside. No one greeted us and we all just stood there for 5 minutes looking around… again it was not busy. Once we did get seated we waited a few minutes before someone came over, and that was fine. We gave our drink order, received it and was told someone would be over to take our order…. Almost 20 minutes later and no one came. We just left, that’s just bad business/management… they clearly need a hostess or a manager walking around to table to table to check on everything. We have a feeling that they don’t like small children and families coming into their establishments, seems to only cater to the 55+ community. Highly disappointed will probably not be back… Needs to be better managed. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!!

I’ve been twice to Hanks for breakfast, one around 2022 in the old building and just this past week Nov 2025 to see their new building. Both were very disappointing visits, food terrible ( Waffles in 2022 , pumpkin pancakes in 2025), neither edible (first undercooked, no flavor, 2nd dense, dry, artificial flavor), horribly cheap artificial syrup, coffee terrible. Prices too high and very, very noisy inside of full, nearly impossible to talk to those at you table. Servers rather unsophisticated in customer service. I’ll never go again nor recommend Hanks to anyone.

Setting was clean and inviting, our serbver was pleasant and professional. The food left little to be desired. The mushroom Omelet was the shining star, urger and fires were average, cole slaw was dry, the onion rings were under cooked. The outer coating extremely thick and was raw on the inside as well as the actual onions which were raw and tough. I had a togo of a breakfast burrito which had no real flavor and left me with serious indigestion. Many tums consumed. Well the overall appearance and again the staff we encountered were great, we will not be returning.
