I have been going to Fuddruckers in Chambersburg since 2013-2014. they are always friendly at the register. They address any questions you have while ordering. We use to go to Red Robin however they always get our order wrong. and we don't find the issue until we get home. I have called and expressed my concerns each time and they just give you a free meal and sometimes even messed up that order. So we no longer go to Red Robin. Fuddruckers has never gotten our order wrong and we appreciate that! Usually we call and pick up the order however sometimes we do sit inside. When we do call in our order is done with in 10-12 minutes, and it is always done on time and HOT! The only thing I would say is a down fall is the hours of operation on Sunday they close at 4 and they stop taking orders around 3:30pm. I have called in to place an order at 3:33pm and they wouldn't take my order. Usually we don't eat until 5 but if we know we want Fuddruckers we have to get it early that day. Thank you for your hard work!

Budget friendly / very vanilla. Burgers lacked any taste to them, likely needs more seasoning. All of the flavors came from the onion and BBQ that I ordered on the burger. Everything was cooked well. Soda machines had low carbonation. Cookie was fine. Fries were very good. Cheese sauce looked like plastic.

Only giving a 4 for the elk.Everything else is not up to Fuddrucker standards. Poor service, dirty floor, a website that confirms order with email and text but employees who treat you as a liar even when you show proof. A few employees threw lettuce at each other like toddlers. No manager in sight that I could see. The Chambersburg Fuddrucker's felt more like a daycare than a restaurant.

It’s been 4+ years since I’ve had the pleasure of eating at Fuddruckers and they didn’t disappoint. We stopped on the way up to a concert near Hershey; got there when it opened and were asked immediately what we’d like to have. We each had the 1/3 pound bacon cheeseburger and split some chili cheese fries. Unfortunately there’s no Fuddruckers in my state but it’s worth the stop when we are in that area. Looking forward to our next visit!!!

It's always pleasant to find another Fuddruckers, especially one that's a halfway stop on an 8-hour drive.This Fudds is a little different from some others. Seems smaller. The salad bar is minimal. Drinks bar is old-style, none of those fancy Coke Freestyle machines. On the bright side, the food was very well prepared, the pricing was less expensive than, say, the NJ-area Fudds, and they throw in a free dessert cookie.The salad bar was missing several of the usual items, like pico de gallo, peppers, etc. However, when I asked at the counter, I was immediately handed several small plastic containers of pico.The initial serving of fries was skimpy but, when I asked for more (bottomless fries, you know), the amount was about tripled. And they're good fries (which almost makes up for the fact that fries are nature's perfect vehicle for transporting cooking fats into your body).You can sit in the window. OK, the view is a parking lot, but it's bright and airy, and the A/C makes outside heat...intangible.Staff was more than friendly. OK, it was not a busy moment (odd, for a Sunday afternoon), but they took time to talk with us and handle requests.Bathrooms fine, but nothing to write much about.Parking plentiful. Non-locals beware: the storefront is set back in the second commercial row. It's obvious enough from the road — when you know to look back there.
