We arrive to see three handicap parking spaces being used as pick up parking. Very rude !Parking: The Handicap parking spots (3) were being used as a to go pick up spots and being handicapped all 4 of us had to walk from the farthest parking area away from the door. And while waiting for food to dine inside we witnessed several people using the handicap spots for pick up orders. Very rude. Don’t recommend going there if your handicapped.

I love Jersey Mike's! Sandwiches are always fresh. The staff is extremely friendly, I want to mention Sarah in particular always has a wonderful smile and her personality is beautiful. Kudos to whoever hired this young lady. I have to say I have visited Jersey Mike's in 4 different states and the employees are always extremely friendly, and the customer service is awesome! Thank you so much for your hard work and service.

My aunt and I had take out yesterday. Partway thru eating our delicious subs… I realized… we both had ordered Italian subs but, the meat on both of our subs was ONLY ham. That was definitely a mistake. The subs were very good but, the order was made wrong. Just making you aware so whoever is assembling the subs to be more cautious. I used to work at 2 sub shops and I know how easy it is to mess up. So I give you grace. ?

What can I say? I ordered a call in, it was there and ready when I got there- you can’t control the business of a restaurant, only the time of day you pickup- I’ll have to try a bit earlier next time- sub was fine, I usually order the largest one for my husbands’ work lunch so he has plenty to eat- all but $20 is a bit salty on a sub, but when you are in a rush, it will do?

Came here 15min away from closing and they were very friendly and helpful and had no bother that we came there late esp when it looked like they were closing, customer service was excellent and will def come here again!

Subway & Butcher shop subs are a lot tastier, but this is simply my palate. Overuse of lettuce, red over white onions, and black olives. They have slightly different meats and bacon than subway and Butcher shop as well. Lastly, overpriced. I suppose it's sufficient if you live or work in the area, but if you want quality subs, don't hesitate to look elsewhere.

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location needs to get it together. The past 3 times I’ve orders from here, my order has been incorrect and has taken over an hour to be completed. I’ll drive to another location before going here again

Sorry but when you order the veg you don’t expect two slices of cheese on your entire giant sized sub…. I’m appalled at the lack of substance this location put on the sub. Even a giant left me starving. Is it an inflation thing that you’re lacking on the substance? Really don’t want to take a chance at this one ever again and won’t. Thankfully it’s not my local JM’s.

Did a mobile order. Showed up at my time, no one acknowledged me and my sub was not ready. Waited 10 minutes and asked and was told mine would be one of the next two. That did not happen and I noticed times AFTER my pickup were being put on the shelf for pick up. I asked again and brought that up and was told she doesn't control what the other workers do. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my pick up time.What is the point of this mobile pick up when I could have just waited in line and been quicker. Certainly wouldn't rely on the time you put in the mobile app anymore. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
