The food is great but sometimes the staff just don't seem to care. We have been to this location about 3 or 4 times.

T.R. for the most part is the same everywhere; only real difference is in delivery. Of 4 meals, 3 were as expected. A steak was ordered, delivered and sent back...not a big deal, just cook it some more. When returned, the waitress informed the table, this is "our, TR's" medium rare; there was blood all over the plate as it was sent back a second time. An assistant manager type brought it back on try number three, she again gave sermon on steak preparation. Customer apparently isn't always right...or even close. I'll give the assistant manager kudos for politeness. I should also point out my ½ slab of ribs was excellent.

I have never had any complaints about this place before, but at the Chambersburg PA location that I visited traveling this past weekend, I have to say it was bad for me. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, and it was about half meat and half fat. I complained about it and they gave me another one that was very good. So they made up for it. The second one tasted really good. They were very apologetic. So I will go back there again when I am in the area again.

We had a large group(8) and even though we called ahead we still waited an hour to get seated and when we were seated, 2 of our group were in chairs for high top tables at a regular height table which made eating awkward, James was a great server though

1.5hr road trip to meet up with my oldest that goes to Ship. Brought his brothers along. We had a great time! Food was very good. My steak I picked out was cooked perfectly ? Two of my fellas had some drinks and said they were awesome. Great bonding time with my guys. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be back and recommended. Thank you...awwwwww man! I forgot to asked if they have veteran/military discount???♂️ oh well NEXT TIME!
Awesome place to eat and Awesome people good food even when they are slammed on a Saturday they dont get rattled they handle it like the Champs they are i will keep going back there so long Bonanza.
We received a text our table was ready, we go inside to be seated, we stand for 45 minutes while waiting to be seated and people who came after us are seated (of the same 2 person party size) we are told we are the next table of two to be seated and then two more parties are seated ahead of us. We ask to speak to a manager and are greeted by a snide “do you have a question” with a look of disdain from the woman who came over. Absolutely ridiculous. I would’ve been fine to wait longer to be brought in but as a disabled person being made to stand for so long and then treated so disrespectfully, absolutely abysmal. Ridiculous.

This was a nice place. The service was good and the coordination was all due to our server Jennifer. She handled the table seating 7, with a birthday thrown in, like a pro.The food was delicious and all 7 guests enjoyed their meals. The impressive part was the timing of the meals. The food arrived in the proper sequence and timing. There was no food pile-up and that is/was done by Jennifer. Despite her quick responses, her mind was moving quickly to keep it all going in proper everything.The only negative is the presence of wet floor signage abandoned on a dry day. This may seem minor but the minor things are what makes it a 5-star. Jennifer, as a server, was on her game.

Poor quality STEAK. Tough and mostly fatty grissel.Roadhouse meats have gone down hill. They even had steaks in window with brown on them.Try finding some good quality steak!!
