“Best coffee I’ve had since I’ve been in the USA, and only 2 other coffee shops back home in London that I feel come fairly close to Gryphon Coffee… but Gryphon for me is #1 You will not be disappointed!!! Great atmosphere, great stuff, great food and most of all, the BEST coffee!!! ☕️“

“This place was a favorite of mine in my years attending WCU. It's a great choice for a quick bite before classes (as long as you show up early), and the meal deal is super convenient if you have a meal plan. Menu availability could be a bit better at times, but I had many good experiences there overall.“

“Steak egg and cheese on everything bagel. I liked $7. I liked this bagel for sandwiches. The muffins looked amazing. Some regulars were sitting, eating, and chatting. That’s about it for my likes. I think they were understaffed. One egg, a little cheese, and dry meat.“

“Grabbed a bunch of bagels from Manhattan Bagel before a small golf event nearby—couldn't have picked a better spot. The staff was super friendly and even made fresh ones for me when they were out of a few I wanted. Didn’t take long at all. Great variety, tasty cream cheese options, and the place was clean and well-kept. You can tell it’s a local favorite in the mornings. Definitely coming back!“
